Ch.6 (Readers P.O.V.)

I awoke to a cloudy day. Kylie had left for school and her parents had gone to work. I pulled on my clothes and ran out the door. For some reason i felt today was going to be different. I sat in my seat and immediately people started being dicks. "So how are you gonna celebrate mothers day??" some student snickered. The whole class pitched in saying words that hurt like a knife in my heart. The teacher made no effort to defend me, my face turned red and I quickly ran to the bathroom. I cried, mascara running down my cheeks. The rest of the day I just didn't give a fuck, I just shut everyone out, even Kylie and my crush Ash. I felt worthless. I walked home and fell on my bed, "Why me?"
