Chapter 3

"Oh my god Maddi, it was so threatning. I mean you have guts to not move from his chair!!!" Right now me and Anna are make our way to second class which is history and she still blabbering about the chair accident. Thank God she's my new friend if not I will make my so not interested boring get me outta here face.

"I dont understand, there's no seat arrangement right? Besides there's still available seat infront of class. I dont care if his a jock popular bad kid, or whatever. And anyway he said that he will messed my life... Who the hell he thin——?" Before I finished Anna cut my word,

"WHATTTTT??? HE SAID WHATTTTT???!". Her eyes is bigger and her jaw is dropped to the floor.

"He said that he will messed my life, huh?" I said confused of her reaction.

"Oh Maddi my darling, you know as a new friend I will protect you from him as I can. But I think I cant." What? Anna's words makes me feel more confused. She adjust her breath and begin to talk.

"Okay, let me get this straight. Last time he said this to Mikey Hanessy, well he is an eleven grade now. He makes him out of a football team, get Mikey in detention two days a week, well the worst is he makes Mikey jump into the lake full of trash." She said with a lit eye.

"I dont understand, why is he didn't get expelled?" With that question, Anna eyes look bored.

"His parents is contributor of this school and if you wondering he is a football captain in this school."
Hmm got it handsome rich kids with all his money and no one wont messed with him unless you want living a bad life. But I'm not afraid of him. Why should I? After all he is a human but I think he doesnt have a human brain.

History is so boring the teacher is like in his 50. When he start to explain the lesson I start to yawn. Finally it five minutes left until I can get my lunch. Anna told me I can join her for lunch she will introduce me to her friends. So far she is a nice girl she looks like this kind of innocent girl. She is really enthusiast about a gossip around the school because four hour with her and I already know many issues going on here.

KRINGGG..

The bell ring, me and Anna make our way to the cafetaria. Anna is searching for her friends and then she starts to waves at two persons who already seat in the middle left of the cafetaria. Anna grasp my hand and lead me to the table.

"Hi besties I missed you guys so much! How was your holiday?" I just stood there awkwardly. "Oh by the way let me introduce you to my new friend, Maddi. And Maddi, this is Steve and Julia."

I smiled at them and waves. "Hi Maddi nice to meet you. So you a new student here?" Julia ask me after she hugs Anna.

"Nice meeting you too Julia, yes I am." I answered.

"Oh come on sit with us Maddi." Said steve and make a gesture for me to sit.

"So, Maddi where did you live before?" Ask Steve.

"I was live in Atlanta but because of you know parents bussiness, so I end up spend my senior life in new school." I said to them as I looked at Steve that has brown eyes and blonde hair and Julia that has a curly brown hair with green eyes and dimples, she's so sweet.

And then Julia said "It must be so annoying to move out on last year."

"Yes it is. But they wont let me stay in Atlanta by myself."

"Well parents will be parents. OH OH by the way Maddi, Steve is one of a jock but he is my bestfriend. He is in the same team as Luke!" Why is Anna so excited about Luke.

"What's going on? Is Maddi already fall into Luke's charm?" Steve looks at me and raised his eyebrow.

"What... Ew! Charm not suits him. Anna please stop talking about him my ears bleeding." I really not interested with this Luke conversation.

"Woah girl, I think its very strange that you dont fall for Luke charm." Hmm sure he is handsome but why should I fall into his arrogancy.

"Luke said that he will makes Maddi life a messed! Isn't it dangerous enough?"

"HE WHAT?!" My eyes widened when Julia said it so loud.

"Lets not talk about it guys I dont care and I think I'm gonna buy some lunch. Do you guys wants to buy something else?" They all answers with no because Julia and Steve already have a lunch tray and Anna bring lunch box.

What should I get? Well there's salad. Ew. Dont like it. Mushrooms. Sandwich. Chicken with honey. I think thats yummy.

"Can I get chicken with honey and one mineral water, please?" I wait for my orders while looking around.

The cafetaria is pretty huge and the ambience is nice enough, when suddenly I feel someone presents behind me. I have a bad feeling. I feel like he or she getting closer to me I can feel breath beside my ear.

"Whats up, New Girl." My eyes widened and my lips opened a little I dont want to make it wide opened. I turn around and meeting two cold eyes with freaking handsome but also arrogant face infornt of me. This time he dont wear his leather jacket but a white shirt so it shows much of his biceps. Wow. I admitted he looks two times better when his biceps are showing. The one and only Luke Davis.

"What are you doing here?" I ask him with a boring tone and make uninteresting face.

"Last time I checked, this is a cafetaria so I'm here to buy some lunch. How about you? Are you waiting for me?" I gasp hearing his question.

"Why in the hell am I waiting for you?",

"Maybe you want to apologize about what happened earlier." Really? Did he just said that. I laugh.

"Why are you laughing Maggie?" Luke ask me and one of his eyebrow lift up.

"First of all, Its MADDI not MAGGIE. And second I'm laughing because you want me to apologize of the stupid sit arrangement that you make by your ownself? Hahahaha.." I'm surprised he not look mad because of my laugh at his statement.

But the next gestures he did is surprised me more. He take more steps forward me until my body pressed to the cashier counter. Awkward. I can feel eyes on us and a silent mode is on. He smirks and said,

"I think you are interesting, Maddi." After he said that he storms out of the cafetaria left me with an exhausting breath. And then the cafetaria get noisy again.

What the fuck did just happened?
