The Stranger

The Call

The phone rang Emily ran to the phone it ended she didnt make it to it on time so she stoped and stared at it for a couple of minutes but then walked away. She then sat down on her soft and comfortable couch the next thing she herd was "riiiing" "riiinnggg" it was the phone she answered, all she could hear was the sound of heavy breathing, she answers in a frighten voice "who..who is this?" there was no answer on the other end of the phone, then the misterious person hung up, Emily did not know what to do for two reasons first no one was home but her, second someone random just called her then hung up it was one horrifying night so far.

After that the phone rang again, Emily ran to the phone with anger this time she answered it and screamed with so much anger but scared also "WHO IS THIS?!?!?!" it had ended up being her friend Jessica

"Gesh are you ok"...

" I have no clue jess i keep getting these strange calls and they are really creeping me out"

"Its probably just John trying to creep you out"

"I guess so but it didn't sound like him it was just heavy breathing"

" You never know girl"

"Yeah I guess so are we hanging out this week?"

" Yeah Saturday dont you remember me you John and Josh"

"Oh yeah sorry"

"Cool dont forget ok"

"Ok oh hey I got to go theres someone calling me bye"

"bye and be safe Em"

Then Emily hung up she answers the call it was him, "look what do you want?" all there was is the sound of heavy breathing the guy said something "I see you Emily better make sure your doors are locked" then the call ended Emily droped the phone and ran to make sure all the doors are locked, but as she ran to the back door to lock it the door it was wide open she got a really terrified, that someone might be in already, then she heard a big thump up stairs she grabed a kitchen knife from the drawer, she walked up to the top of the stair case she went into the room of where it came from, she looked in there and it was just her cat missy who had knocked over the book shelf "ohhh missy" as Emily said relieved but she wasnt safe just yet, she heard running coming from downstairs. She slowly crept down the stairs but then she had froze in the middle of the stair case, she spotted someone inside of the kitchen it was some guy with a black ski mask he was walking towards the living room of where the stair case is, so then Emily quickly but quietly went up the stairs into her bedroom she had to be as quiet as possible. As she was going out her window to run all the way to Jessica's the door handle was starting to shake the guy was trying to get into her bedroom, so she was rushing to get out of the house but when she went to close the window she slipped and she was now trying to hold on to the roof of her porch but as she looked down she noticed a bush right under her so she had to let go before the guy saw her. As she got up from that fall she hurried and ran all the way to Jessica's she was knocking on her door like crazy, then she came running down stairs in a hurry as she noticed Emily out there "Emily what are you doing here at 3:30 a.m" Jessica says while yawning "I had to come to your house there is some guy at my house and he is trying to kill me or something" saying all worried then Jessica looks at her frightfully so she tells her to come in quickly so as she walked in Jessica says all confused

"What Is going on?"

"I don't even know I got this strange phone call and this guy was on the other line saying that i better keep my doors locked and then he was in my house so i got out from my window"

Right as Jessica was about to say something the phone rang Jessica went to go answer it, it was the stranger Jessica puts the phone on speaker the stranger says in his deep voice "Oh Emily I see you got away and ran I hope you know this is not over I will find you and you will be taught a lesson" Jessica answers back confused
