I was terrified. I mean, who wouldn't be? I had no clue where I was, no memory of how I got here. The last thing I remembered was feeling a strong hand clasp over my mouth, holding a rag obviously dosed in chloroform. And then everything went black. I didn't see who it was, and I was honestly scared to meet who did it, if I did at all. I was surprised I wasn't dead yet, but I doubted I'd be alive much longer.
My heart was racing and so many different thoughts were flying through my mind, possible scenarios for how this could end out. I was just sitting here on this mattress that wasn't uncomfortable at all, but just the fact that it wasn't mine, nor did I even know who it belonged to made me feel like sleeping on the floor instead.
But I couldn't sleep, what if whoever took me here came back and killed me in my sleep?
Then why would they have taken me here?
Maybe they just wanted a secluded area, so they wouldn't get caught.
It was dark and no one was even around. You were in the middle of nowhere.
But they could've found the body, I doubt they've want that. By killing me here, they could just stash the body elsewhere. Maybe they were a cannibal and just wanted food.
God, who's the sane one again?
I was just having a mental argument at this point, curled up in a ball with my knees hugged to my chest, wearing an oversized shirt that wasn't mine and my panties, wishing I had at least pants. But that just meant that whoever put me in this shirt saw me half naked. Oh god, that just made me feel like throwing up. It was probably some middle-aged man with some weird fetish.
"Oh, baby girl. Why are you so scared? Daddy's here to protect you." I heard a low, thickly accented, husky voice come from across the room, my eyes widening as my head snapped up.
