Welcome to Alexei and Grace, a mafia story of love, lust, passion and danger.
I've written mafia stories before but none have been published on this account - and I don't feel as though I'm hugely proud of any of them. I'm hoping that Alexei and Grace, however, will be different. I'm going to try my hardest to avoid cliches, devise original storylines and, most importantly, write something I love!
There will be explicit violence, language and sex within this novel (that's kind of a given, it is about the mafia, after all!). This is your warning - there won't be another one:)
Also, I'd like to make it clear that we see two very different versions of Alex in this book. When your first meet him, he might not conform to your ideas of a "dangerous mafia leader", and that's okay, because he's not. When he and Grace first meet, he isn't involved in any illegal activities. Very soon, however, the narrative skips two years and that's the moment when the real story kicks off and we begin to see all the things we love in a mafia novel...you know, violence, guns, etc;) So what I'm essentially saying is bare with me.
