1.Bill has that bruise with the band-aid over it because when he introduced himself to Dipper again Dipper clocked him right in the face
2.Yes,the band-aid was semi-inspired by Tord because of it's location on Bill's face.

Can anyone make her look more simple?She looks like if the 80's and modern Western Cartoons mixed and It has too many details
My rules:
She will ALWAYS have a hat on like the one she's wearing(You can change it up it's design a bit)
She will have the same outfit on but maybe a few tweaks here and there
Also SHE NEEDS A NAME!
Her actual name is Charlotte but she needs a cute nickname!
