Ivy's Pov:
"We have been waiting for this day for 6 months, I can't believe today is the day of the Cody Simpson concert!" I say to my best friend Cassandra.
"I know! This is so exciting!" she responds as she curls her long, chestnut brown hair.
I walk over to my dresser to grab my Cody Simpson merch; my bracelets and my shoes. They are my favorite things in my room because they are Cody themed. He is my idol. I think he is absolutely beautiful with his gorgeous blond hair and perfect white smile. When I look at his posters in my room, I stare into his brown eyes and get lost in them. I can't even imagine what it would be like to look into his eyes in real life. I would probably die.
I look at my clock and scream, "Cassandra! Hurry up we're going to be late! I don't want to miss anything at the concert!."
"okay okay I'm ready," she says with a playful annoyed tone.
We head down the stairs and meet my mom out at the car. She has been waiting for us for probably half an hour now.
"So girls, are you excited for tonight?" my mom asks us as we pull out of the driveway.
"Yes! I can't wait to see the love of my life," I sigh dreamily.
My mom just shakes her head and chuckles as we continue down the highway and get closer to the venue every minute.
We pull up to the venue and I can't contain my emotions. I feel like crying and we aren't even out of the car yet! I can already tell this is going to be a great night.
