We all got our raincoats on and headed out the door. "So what's the point in doing this exactly?" I asked.
"Because sometimes we just like to get some fresh air sometimes, you know." Ally said.
"Well I didn't get that very often..." I said. As I was walking I was very suspicious that someone would attack us again so I kept my eye out for anything. "What's up with you?" Clay asked.
"Oh nothing just a little nervous that's all." I said. It's just so scary that someone is watching us all the time. A few minutes later we arrived at the lake.
"Surprise! I got you guys some fishing poles." Ally said. She gave us the fishing poles. Eh, we needed to restock the pantry anyway. We were fishing for about 3 hours and we had already gotten over 20 fishes.
"Ooh were gonna have a good supper tonight." Zach said.
Suddenly I heard something in the bushes.
"Did anyone else hear that or am I going crazy?" I asked.
Everyone else started to listen. It sounded like something was hiding in the bushes.
"Eh, it was probably nothing." Ally said.
"I think we have enough fish to last us three days." Clay said.
"Alright then." Amelia said. We all headed back to the safe house. We were back inside and I looked in the cabinet and I have never seen so many seasonings in my life.
"So who's cooking tonight?" Clay asked. "Let's spin the bottle then." Zach said. We all sat in a circle and Clay spinned the bottle. It landed on Ally.
"Aw man, this is four nights in a row." Ally complained. She went in the kitchen and started cooking. It had already smelled so good.
"So what are planning on cooking?" I asked.
"Um, fried fish and corn." Ally said. "I'm sure this is gonna be way better than what I had." I said.
"What was it?" Ally asked. "I like to call it green slop. If we were lucky we would get a plate of beef." I said. "Sounds disgusting." Ally said. "Yeah I know." I said.
