"Y/N!!" I looked towards the beach and saw Yunhyeong stood there smiling happily.

I smiled and ran over to him were he greeted me with a bear hug.

"Hello Yunheong" I smiled.

"Come follow me" he gently grabbed my hand and started running towards the beach.

"Take your shoes of" I obeyed his orders And we continued running across the beach.

The sand between my toes made me feel young and free again. Recently I've been to busy shooting for our video and spending time with my boyfriend that I forgot about my best friend. I missed him loads.

"We're here" I glanced at the amazing thing he had done. There was a long table with champagne and a big bowl of ramen 🍜 a comfortable white chair was layed out behind it.

"OMG! It's amazing!" I gasped.

He laughed at my cuteness and we sat down and began eating. I couldn't stop smiling while I was with him. He always makes me happy that's why he's my best friend.. and I love him.

Yunheong but his drink down and turned his gaze to me.

"You.. uh you look beautiful tonight" his cheeks turned red.

I giggled at his cuteness and I squeezed his cheeks.

"You still get embarrassed even thought we've been friends since we were practically born" I laughed.

"But I mean it" he slightly smiled. He moved closer to me and brushed the hair out of my face.

"Y/N .... have you ever thought about what we could be"

I looked at him.. I didn't know what to say so I just sat there.

"I love you Y/N... I know you have feelings for me.. don't you"

Why didn't he tell me this before I had a boyfriend...

I can't ....

Not now...

"No I don't.. sorry Yunheong you know I have a boyfriend" I mumbled.

"I... I understand.." he tried to hold his tears in. He got up and brushed the sand of his clothes.

"I must leave now.. goodnight Y/N" and I was left alone crying helplessly to myself.

Jinhwan
"3....2.....1 now open!"

Jinhwan removed his hands from my eyes and I gazed around the room astonished. The room light was down low and the scent of rose candles filled the air. The floor was covered in petals and of course the table had a bottle on wine 🍷 on it.

"Wow... Jinhwan it's beautiful"

"You like it?" He asked.

"I love it!" I giggled.

We sat down and he poured me a glass of wine.

"Why did you do all of this..." I suddenly asked.

He looked at me then looked away.

"I just thought you needed some rest"

I could tell he was Lying.

"Kim Jinhwan I have been your best friend for over 10 years I know when your fibbing"

He sighed.

"Here goes nothing..." he stood up and grabbed a bouquet of flowers 💐 and bent on his knees.

"Y/N... I love you more than I love myself... your even more beautiful than me and that's saying something... your funny and kind and give the best hugs! I love you loads please be my Kim Y/N" he finished.

I stared at him gobsmacked. He loves me! But I have a boyfriend... I can't do this.

"Jinhwan..." I began to tear up.

"Hey hey don't cry" he smiled and wiped the tear of my cheek.

"Jinhwan I cant be with you ... I'm sorry" I cried.

He looked at me heartbrokenly he let out a tear and grabbed my hands.

"Come on Y/N you know were right together" he cried harder making me cry harder.

"Sorry..." I managed to whisper.

"If you tell me you don't love me... then I'll leave..." he looked me into the eyes.

I love you Jinhwan... but I have a partner... I cannot be with you even if I want to.

"I... I.. I don't love you" I mumbled.

His hands fell from my hands and he slowly got up.

"Very well" he whimpered. He walked to the door but before he left he turned around and said.

"I'll be waiting for you..."

And he left.
