Hopeless people make me sad
They're the sort that sit and pout
Hopeless people drive mad
They're the ones that make me shout
Hopeless people do not make God glad.
They've heard the truth and still refuse and doubt
Hopeless people know only gloom
What they don't know is that He's in this room
What they know and do not act upon will bring their doom
