Author's POV

Monday
It was a big day for Jimin. He checked himself in the mirror once again and fixed his hair. He styled his hair backwards instead of making it fall on his face.

(Imagine his hair from danger era.)

He went downstairs and his parents looked like they have seen a ghost. Jimin awkwardly chuckled and asked “Well...how do I look? ”

His mother asked “Who are you? ” Jimin raised an eyebrow and asked “What do you mean? You are asking as if you didn't see me with my new hair yesterday.”

His father spoke “We did saw you with your new hair but not with this hairstyle! ” Jimin asked his parents “Do I look that transformed? ” His parents nod and his father said “You look like a whole new person.” and his mother added “You truly look handsome my son. Now eat your breakfast and get ready to surprise everyone in your school with your new look! ” He nodded and sat on the chair to have his meal.

School
Miley was waiting for Jimin in the school hallway when she heard people talking about a new boy. She immediately knew they were talking about Jimin. A minute later Jimin waved and walked towards Miley. Students were watching and questions were forming in their head. Miley and Jimin did their signature handshake and that's when the students realized that the boy was none other than Jimin.

Out of blue a student yelled “Are you Park Jimin? ” Jimin replied with an obvious look on his face “Why? Who else do you expect me to be.” Loud gasps could be heard and all the eyes were were on Jimin.

Miley cleared her throat and yelled “Are you all done now? Yes? Then go to your classes and don't disturb us! ” with that she pulled Jimin's hand and lead him towards their classroom.

As they entered their class everyone had their eyes fixed on them, specially on Jimin. Students started wispering things. They both settled on their usual seats and started talking.

Then Yujin, one of school's popular cheerleader came towards Jimin and kissed his cheek and slipped a peice of paper in his shirt's pocket and wispered “You look handsome. Maybe we can hangout sometimes? Call me.” and then she went back to her seat.

Miley was watching the whole thing and she wasn't completely fine with it. Jimin widened his eyes and spoke “Did you see that? She said I'm handsome! ”

Miley replied in monotone “Don't be so surprised. That's normal for her to say things like that to every good-looking boy. And why are you getting hyped as if Jessie asked you out? ”

He nodded and said “Yeah, yeah I know that. It's just it's my first time ever a girl complimented about my looks.”

Miley raised an eyebrow and asked “First time? Do I need to remind you how many times I said that you look good and also what about your mother? ”

He shook his head and said “That is a different thing. And my mother is a different case too.” she replied “How? ” Jimin replied annoyingly “Forget it! You won't understand.”

Miley didn't say anything for a while and then she spoke “Hold up! Why doesn't my compliments gets counted? Are you saying I'm not a girl? ”

JiMin replied “When did I say it? And besides you always dress and act like a boy and have short hair, it's hard for me to keep track that you are a girl. So maybe your compliments doesn't count. ”

That was it. Miley took her bag and strated hitting Jimin and kept yelling “How dare you! ” Jimin covered himself with his hand and kept saying sorry and that he was joking. Students stared at them as it was grabbing attention.

Suddenly a group of girls came and pushed Miley away from Jimin. Miley fell down on the floor as they pushed pretty hard.

One of them yelled “Don't you dare to do that again! ” another spoke “And beside what he said was correct. You don't look anything like a girl! ” then the other said “It is only this school uniform that makes us remind that you are a girl. Maybe you should start wearing pants instead of skirts. Pants would look better on you.”

Then they turned towards Jimin and asked if he is okay. Jimin told them to leave in a not so polite manner. They left. Jimin helped Miley to get up. She sat on her seat. She was still surprised what just happened. And everyone was still looking at them. Before Jimin could ask anything the teacher entered and grabbed everyone's attention. Then the class started.

During the class Jimin and Miley's mind and focus was not in the class or the teacher. It was lost about what happened earlier. They both were shocked and didn't know what to do as they never experienced it before.

After the first class Jimin finally got time to check on Miley. He leaned towards her seat and asked “Hey are you okay? ” she didn't looked at him and replied “Please don't talk to me right now.” Jimin muttered “I am sorry.” then he left for his next class.

Miley got up from her seat and left for her class too. On the way she kept replaying the scene that happened earlier. She couldn't beleive. She was hurt, deeply. She never felt this before. She felt stupid for not standing up for herself. Instead she was laying and listening them. And Jimin was also not stopping them. But he did asked them to leave. He was late to defend her.

She reached her class and sat on her seat. She sighed knowing that she will not be able to see Jimin till lunch time as they didn't had any common class. With that she continued her classes feeling weak and disturbed.

On the other hand Jimin was confused. He sat on his seat for his next class and took out his books. He felt bad for Miley. Pushing his thoughts away he was able to focus on his classes after trying few times.

After school
Miley didn't felt good. Her mood was totally off. The day did not get any better. While walking home she injured herself as she was feeling lost she didn't see the bicycle coming towards her. And that's when the bicycle hit her and she injured her forearms and legs.

Sad and injured she reached home. She ignored her parents and went straight to her room. She gently cleans her wounds and takes a bath. She just throws herself on her bed and curl up into a ball and cried.

She knew she was the cause of the situation today but she didn't wanted to accept it. She was the one who gave the idea for Jimin to change.

She is making this all change. And change in a bad way. She was totally feeling that things will never be the same now.

Everything is going to change. And it will hurt her the most.
