Prologue
I sat at the cold bathroom floor. My tears still streaming from all the hurtful words my parents threw at me.
"Faggot, that's all you are! You're a disgrace to this family"
My dad's words rung around my head as I start to cry harder.
"I don't want to have a gay son! What the hell!"
I started to sob even more. I thought coming out to my parents would be a good thing, at least that's what Luke, my only friend said. But no, it made matters worst.
"Just try it. I'm sure everything's going to be okay, okay?" Luke smiles while I nod.
Well, everything was definitely not okay.
