"What a slut!" her mother-in-law accused her and slapped her, causing her to fall down the stairs.
"Mother, my son!" she cried as she protectively avoided being hit in her stomach.
"That serves you right, you whore!" Qing Yu sneered as she watched Lei Hua lose consciousness.
"Why?" she weakly asked as she saw the familiar shoes that her husband wore that particular day.
"Mo Gun Tei, the only thing I did was to fight for my rights as your wife. Tell me, why did I have to suffer like this?" she asked, holding the legs of the person who broke her heart over and over again.
"Not worthy enough," he coldly replied and walked away from her.
