Chapter 2
Miera's P.O.V
To be honest, I really didn't know what in the world Elijah wanted, but I knew one thing, this was probably going to end badly. Hopefully, Elijah won't be pulling one of her jokes again to annoy me.
I kick at a rock on the sidewalk until I reach a small, cozy treehouse nestled inbetween the fork of a tree. A sturdy ladder made the entrance and exit to the treehouse. A sign on the ground made it so people would know the name.
Which was the SwagHouse.
I climb up the ladder, nostalgia filling me. I remembered climbing up the very ladders today, and I still do. I could see Elijah's black converse shoes as I climb higher and higher. A soft breeze coressed my face before I got in the SwagHouse. Elijah was looking at Vines on her lime green phone, and looks up to see me. She is wearing her normal attire, light green sweatshirt, black sweatpants, and converse.
"Took you long enough," Elijah said.
"Well some of us had lives," I said jokingly.
"Okay, so I have the dare-"
"This is going to turn out REALLY, REALLY badly, right?" I asked, interupting her.
"Depends if you play your part..." Elijah said, smirking mishceviously.
"Okay then, what is it?" I asked Elijah.
"I dare you to ask out Nash Grier," Elijah said.
"What, why?" I asked, not even bothering to put emotion in what I said, it was obvious I liked him, but he would probably like someone else, not me.
"I can tell by the way you look at him while walking in the hall. I can tell by the way he looks at YOU in class back. Trust me, it's a good idea." Elijah said.
"Yeah and I'll get my butt fried off by fangirls."
"Just do it." Elijah said.
