Chapter 3: No...

~Sophia's P.O.V~

I heard a loud bang from our right and looked at Renee and Josie. They heard it too.

Josie: What was that?

Sophia: I don't know but it came from May and Katelynn's tunnel.

Renee: I'm sure they're fine, let's keep walking.

Renee didn't seem so sure but I don't think she wanted to admit what might have happened. They'll be fine...

We reached a huge dug out room and Wendy was in the far corner. We made it!

Wendy: And the survivors reach their destination!

Josie: Survivors?

Wendy: Didn't you hear the explosion?

Mitch: What do you mean?!

She turned to Mitch and smiled.

Wendy: They took the wrong tunnel, the tunnel with the death trap. May and Katelynn are dead!

Mitch and Preston's faces were covered in shock.

Mitch: No... No... May can't be dead...

Preston: Kate... Dead?

Wendy nodded and laughed.

Preston instantly broke down and cried. Tears were rushing down Josie, Renee and my cheeks. Mitch was shaking his head and repeating May's name over and over again. We ran over to Mitch and Preston and hugged them, crying into each others shirts. Ryan, Jerome and Jason came over and comforted us while Wendy was laughing her head off. She's gone mad. She's crazy.

We all cried for a solid hour and then Wendy said our names. I looked up at her with blurred vision, from tears, and saw May and Katelynn, on the ground, covered in blood. I put my hands over my mouth and ran over to May's body. I didn't care that I was lying in her blood. I wanted my big sister back. Seeing her was worse but I didn't care. Wendy killed her.

She's taken 3 important people in our lives. Adam. Katelynn. And May.

Mitch couldn't bare to look and either could Preston. Suddenly May's body disappeared from beneath me and Wendy spoke up.

Wendy: Ready for the next one? I've given you all more than enough time. See you soon.

And with that she grinned and us girls were sucked into the void.

[A/N I'm not even going to say anything. Except the fact that I actually cried while writing this. Since I'm in the car for 6 hours with my sister, my mum and her boyfriends mum, they all thought I went mad. Oh well]
