Caroline's P.O.V

I was walking into school when someone grabbed me and pushed me against the wall. I didn't have to look up to know it was Adam.

"I'm sorry but can you let me go" I said in a calm voice. But then pretended to look hurt when he pushed me further against the wall.

"go out with me" he said in a dangerous voice.

"I can't my parents don't let me" he grabbed me by the neck and started to strangle me. I looked up into his eyes, and smiled.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I said still smiling.

"What" he said in a confused but venoms voice.

"That you were a demon" I said grabbing his hand and throwing him into the wall opposite.

I froze him and ran over to him. I was about to finish him when I saw Darrel there.

"what are you doing" he said looking at Adam in a protective way.

"nothing just a little misunderstanding" I said and unfroze Adam but not before whispering human.

"Now if you'll excuse me" I said walking past him and grabbing Adam. I vanquished him ( I won't go into detail, not nice.) and walked back inside.

Darrell was there looking at me weirdly. "Relax I don't bite." I said and walked off to maths.

I was in maths and I was sat at the back when I remembered I never told Rosie about my astral projection power.

I smiled prepare for a shock.

I put my head down and projected myself home. I saw Rosie her back to me and was washing up.

Rosie's P.O.V

I was washing up goodness today has been so boring. "Hey Rosie"

" Ahh" I screamed and dropped the plate I was washing. I looked around and there stood Charlotte.

"why are you not in school" I asked still a bit breathless.

"I am" was her reply

"Huh" I was completely confused

"I forgot to tell you I have astral projection power" she is happy about this.

"Well that's good" I didn't know what else to say "but you better go back into your body" Guess that's a good reply.

"Fine, spoil sport much" and with that she was gone. Teenagers.

Charlotte's P.O.V

Parents. I lifted my head up to see the entire class staring at me then when I looked up I saw why. Mr Belton was standing over me.

"Caroline since you well listening so well why don't you answer the question on the board." I felt my eyes darken I hated teachers like that, I got up and wrote the answer on the board (which I got from inside his head) and sat down. The whole class stared at me in shock guess that was hard.

I was in history... I think. All I could hear were girls talking about some new vampire movie that had come out. Uhh I hate vampires. Yes they are real and are the scum of the earth. Feeding off innocent humans. Ok so that wasn't the only reason. There was a war between them and witches. We lost. Now I'm all alone. A girl in front of me suddenly turned around. "You hate vampire movies to" she asked looking hopeful.

"Yep I mean what kind of vampire fell for a human that's like me falling for a Chicken." She smiled. "I'm Taylor" she said sticking out her hand.

I shook it "Ch-Caroline." Then the girl next to her turned around.

"Hey vampires are cool."

"Oh yeah bloodsucking creatures that feast on innocent humans are so cool"

"They have to eat."

"Yeah well animals have blood in them to."

"Human blood makes them stronger Idiot."

"Yeah well they used to be humans so that's just sick they never used to be pigs unlike you." She turned red out of embarrassment when she realized the whole class had been watching. I just leaned back and did one of those waves to tell the teacher to carry on.

The whole class had turned around now. Except Darrell he looked kind of hurt about what I said about vampires.
