Chapter 52: Godspeed... And an unexpected rivals.

Yamada: Alright! The third rounds are about to begin!

The crowd cheers, and the third matches has arrived as it was you against your friend Iida as Yamada announced.

Yamada: First off, we have Tenya Iida!

Iida then walks out of one side of the field as he makes his way towards the arena as Ochako and Izuku who is sitting next to her with his arms bandaged cheered.

Yamada: And his opponent, (y/n) (l/n)!

You appeared from the other side of the field as you too approached towards the arena as you waved towards Iida.

(y/n): Greetings Iida!

Iida: (y/n)? Well this is a surprise, didn't Izuku won his match against you?

You shook your head as you spoke.

(y/n): Izuku wanted me to take his place, so I'm going to win for him.

Iida: I see, that's kind of you to accept it, well it will be an honor to fight a friend of mine.

(y/n): Same, and lets not make this boring... Actually, lets make it simple and even.

Iida: Huh?

You got on one knee as you folded the sleeves of your pants towards your knees as you removed your shoes and socks and walked towards the edge of the arena, confusing everyone.

Yamada: Uh... What is he doing?

Shouta: The usual... Using a different kind of quirk.

You got back towards the spot you were as you got on all fours, your legs began to shift and skin began to tear as Iida was slightly uncomfortable of the sound as he asked.

Iida: So what is it that your planning?

You smiled as you stood up as everyone then sees your legs.

(y/n): Thought it be awesome if we both have some kind of speed quirk.

Iida: Oh well, if that's what you want to do then I'm alright with that.

You nodded as you got into your stance as Yamada spoke.

Yamada: Alright! Are you folks ready?!

The crowd cheers as Ashido did the same as Kyouka shouted.

Kyouka: You can do it (y/n)!

Ashido's eye slightly twitched when she heard this, but she let it slide as she continues to cheer.

Yamada: Get ready!

You and Iida looked at each other eye to eye.

Yamada: BEGIN!

You and Iida ran in full speed towards each.

[Timeskip with (y/n) and Ashido standing side by side as (y/n) created a tail as he wrapped it around Ashido's waste, causing her to smile and slightly blush.]

Few minutes later, you and Iida were speeding around the arena, left and right as everyone tries to keep up while Kyouka and Ashido were on the edge of their seats.

Ashido: I can't catch up with them!

You and Iida were trying to push each other off the ring as Iida spoke.

Iida: You definitely have some speed!

(y/n): Thanks! I can say the same for you... Buuut...

You suddenly grabbed Iida by his collar as you smiled.

(y/n): I'm not going to lose my dear friend. Bye-bye.

Iida: Oh no!

You then slid across the floor as you lifted Iida over your shoulder and tossed him to the ground as his legs were out of the ring.

Midnight: Iida is out of bounds! (y/n) wins!

The crowd goes wild as Ashido jumped from her seat as she shouted.

Ashido: AWESOME!!!

Iida frowns in pain on the floor since he landed on his back, he then sees a hand in front of him as you smiled.

(y/n): Up you go buddy.

Iida kindly grabbed your hand as you helped him up on his feet as he spoke.

Iida: Man... I could of sworn I had it.

(y/n): Ah don't worry, there is always next time right?

Iida: Yea I guess so.

You smiled as you and Iida exit the arena as Ashido was just about to get up but Kyouka ran past her as she ran towards you.

Ashido: Hey! Where does she thinks she's going?!

Ashido got up as she also ran to where your at as everything fades to black...

???: Tell me human... Where can I find the that claims to call himself... The brother of death?

Then the title "my hero academia" appeared as the title is covered in blood and a faint laughter was heard.
