Haruka Setsuki has a hard Past she was just a little baby and a kid like all the other brothers in this anime. Haruka grew up as a aristocrat and is royalty to the vampire king thrown. Haruka father name was Valor and he was a very powerful vampire more powerful than The vampire known Karlheinz Sakamaki which haruka has a very complicated relationship with. Haruka father brutally beat her and Harshly verbally abused her for years to the point where haruka went crazy. Haruka father pushed haruka off a cliff and stuck knives down her throat he also would whip and chain her. He burnt the words "DIABLO" on her hand and it is the reason haruka wears gloves all the time. Haruka father locked haruka in a closet for days and also put haruka in a cage and repeatedly called her a "sorry excuse for vampire "and " your just like me you'll kill everyone you love and will be alone forever" and "no one could ever love you". Your probably wondering about haruka mother mother name was Lydia and she looked nothing like haruka she has very pale white skin and dark pink hair with light blue eyes. Haruka takes after her father in looks and because she looks exactly like her father she calls herself ugly. Haruka mother loved haruka very much but was never home because of "work" or at least that what her mother told her. One day Valor was verbally abusing haruka and had went to far and told her hat she was a " worthless space of air and should of died when she was born and that she was a mistake that can't be taken back". Haruka mother was home and heard what he said she always knew how he treated haruka but never did anything about because she was scared of her husband. She told him to stop and he severely bet Lydia and he told haruka if your mother died it's all your fault. That scared haruka for life. After that haruka mother started verbally abusing haruka to and one day haruka welcomes her mother home and Lydia slapped haruka and left. One night haruka say her mother packing a bag and getting ready to head out the door Haruka asked Lydia where she was going and Lydia said " I refuse to live I this house with a child like you. Valor never ever hit him or even yelled at me until you showed up. I HATE you. I should of never gave birth to you." Then she left right out the door and never came back. After that Haruka father called her "loveless" because her own mother had left and abandoned her. Because if that haruka has trust issues. One night Haruka felt air from her open window. She was confused her window was also closed then she was crying her eyes out that night and then she looked up and saw him.

Remember when I said haruka has a complicated relationship with Karl well even though he did treat haruka like a daughter he still punished her for no reason he never hit her and verbally abused her but he did force her to sleep with him and to do disgusting things. Karlheinz gave haruka a present for their birthday and it was a stuffed animal called snow. Snow is a white bunny that Haruka loves but not as much as Kanato loves teddy.
Karl also gave haruka three little sisters because he knew she was lonely. Haruka first little sister name is Misaki Setsuki and her sister two other sisters Aito and Kei Setsuki. Misaki has Long blonde hair and blue eyes. Aito has brown hair and and brown eyes and kei has black hair and grey eyes. But haruka felt something was missing with her sisters but she couldn't put her finger on it. One day haruka left to get fresh air so she walked out close to a village she saw a little girl dirty with a ripped dress and was all alone in the rain. Yes it was raining and haruka had an umbrella she gave the girl her umbrella and said" Hi I'm haruka are you okay. " the little girl didn't speak. " it's okay I won't hurt you here you can have my umbrella ."
