Chapter one- The Unusual Solution

Scarlet's POV

Yay! I was so happy, I was finally going to London with my friends. I was exited like my little brother when he got Thomas The Train on his birthday. I quickly called Rebeca on the phone, I sat on my bed, Waiting her to pick up. " Hello, Rebeca here..Please leave a voice message, Gotta shop Coats" Well she must've been too darn exited to shop other than talk!

I quickly took my black suitcase trolley from under my bed and started to fill it with coats and boots. I had to go shopping so I excitedly called lily and said " Hey, Lilly..Mom gave me permission! Can you come to the mall with me?" She said she could. I wore my jacket and told my mom that I was leaving for shopping, she ordered " honey, please bring the spare key for the kitchen door, since your dad doesn't have any time for me" she laughed, I did to and gestured her goodbye!

After reaching the entrance of the mall, I texted lily. " Where are you? "

" Gloria Jeans " i laughed at her message because she always loved to eat over there. I saw her sitting near the cash counter, we both hugged and started talking.

" Oh My god! I'm so excited " she said

" yeah, same here lily, so you wanna eat your favourite BBQ burger first" i smirked at her. She nodded and after that we started shopping at Next and Splash. We got some coats, boots and leather jackets. It had been an hour since we'd been here. I told her to meet me outside. I went to the key shop and got the spare key from and accountant. I saw a weird, tall guy starring at me. He mumbled something and walked towards me. He seemed weird, i stood straight and he said "I know you will come, But don't go In 201, Its haunted." And with that he went away running like a total freak!

Someone tapped my shoulder from behind which made my heart skip a beat. " who was that weirdo?" Thank god it was Lily! " I don't know, he just said awkward stuff" we both laughed and went out.

It was 2:00am in the morning and i couldn't sleep, whatever the guy said made me worry, Its just my vagary.

I woke up at 7am, just 5hrs? I felt bad about it.

The next day it was our flight and I was about to book 4seats when I got a call from Rebecca, " Hey, Whats up?"

" Nothing, Umm-"

" what? is everything alright,cup?"

" No, actually, all the flights are booked to London"........ WHAT?!

" what? You're kidding me right?"

" No, but we'll discuss it at my place, i know a solution, actually my brother does..meet you then, BYE!"

I cant believe it, My father used to be right, i should never keep expectations, I just ran off to Rebecca's place and knocked. Her mom opened the door, showing me the wooden paths of the staircase, " come in " she called with a cheery smile. " thanks " i replied.

I saw her sitting on near the coffee table with Lilly." Hi, scarlet..sit, lets discuss it" i felt cautious because i knew she was hiding something..from me. I sat on the comforting Sofa as she called my name again, " scarlet? " she said in a soft voice, my hyperactivity was down, " yea, tell me what's the ' solution ' "- she started off by telling me that we were going by his brothers car. I didn't want her to see my reaction, but I really wanted to go by plane.
