[holds out a plate of cookies] First question we have for you Lilac-san is, how did you stumble upon Wattpad? How old were you?

Hey everyone! First of all, I would like to thank NWA for requesting an interview and thank all my readers who've always given my stories so much love! You've all been a great motivation for me to write all the stories I have published here :)*takes a cookie and munches on it happily* As for how I came across Wattpad - About a year after I started watching anime, I began to read fanfiction on various websites. I came across Wattpad several fanfictions later and I was amazed and awed by the diversity of readers and writers and the ambiance of the website. I was hesitant to write my own fanfics at first, wondering whether I would be able to do a good job on them. I decided to give it a go anyway and signed up here when I was in college. I published my first story (The Girl From Another World - Itachi Love story; Itachi is one of my all time fav anime guys ❤) and I was really surprised and moved by the support and love I received from all the readers! That's when I knew that joining Wattpad and publishing my thoughts of creativity was definitely a right choice.I've been on Wattpad for 5 years now and I'm overjoyed to say that it's been a very rewarding experience. ❤

[coos softly] Your so sweet!!! :) Why did you decide to use Midnight_Lilac as your username?

Awwie! Thank you! Well, I guess choosing the username Midnight_Lilac was a spur of the moment. The flower Lilac symbolizes love and I somehow connected it to my love for being creative and writing. Midnight_Lilac sounded sort of magical so I went ahead with setting that as my username :)

You do sound like someone who has a heart full of love! (nods head) How does it feel being a popular author and having over 4.5 thousand followers?

Thank you! ^////^I feel really happy and cherished to have so many followers. It's also one of the biggest motivations to keep me writing and publishing works here. Having readers who enjoy your writing and constantly look forward to more is definitely the most rewarding things about writing :)

What inspired you to write your Naruto stories? Who is your favorite Naruto character from the Manga/Anime?

I was really captured by the concepts of the anime - chakra, different jutsus and details like kekkeigenkai and so on. The possibilities in Naruto are so vast and with so much to explore and understand, I was greatly inspired to write fanfictions for Naruto.Besides the concepts, there are some really inspiring messages expressed. Never giving up, protecting comrades, being proud of who one is and, of course, showing kindness and compassion to those around you - they are really powerful messages and thoroughly motivated me.As for my favorite characters, I guess most people would know the answer to that XD ♡ ITACHI ♡ Madara ♡ Naruto-kun ♡ Hinata ♡

[giggles] I see, I do love Naruto for its compelling storyline, because truly not everyone is a villain, ya know? Anyways next question, Is there something from the Anime/Manga you would change? Who is your least favorite character?

I don't really have anything to say to your question of changing anything about Naruto. It's a beautiful and amazing anime that I love just as it is ^^My least favorite character....hmm, that's a tough question XD I guess there are traits in some characters that I'm not so fond of but it's hard to say that I particularly dislike any one character.

[Nods head] I guess I can understand that. :D Can you list some of your favorite Naruto fanfics that you have read on here? And tell us about some of your friends on here? Could you name the Naruto fanfic that inspired you to write along with a writer?

I'm actually more of a writer than a reader so there aren't many fanfics that I have read here. The ones that I have in my reading list are stories that I really liked and read again every now and then. I'm mostly inspired by watching anime and fantasy/fiction movies :)
