"What happened?"
Recap to Lucy's and Lisanna's battle
Lucy POV: I won the bet and the battle. Using Ophiuchus took all my power,I fell unconscious.
Natsu POV: "LUCY!!" I shouted, I ran up to her to stop her hitting the ground but I too late Grey got to her first. "She ok Grey?" I asked. "She passed out but ya." He stroked her hair away from her face. Damn that bastard Grey!! "Looks like she's down, doesn't that mean I win!" Lisanna was so happy that Lucy was hurt and unconscious. "Lisanna!" I said, her face brightened and she run up to me and rapped her arms around my neck. "That means your all mine Natsu!" She said. "Lisanna, get off me before I hurt you!" I snapped, she pulled back shocked. "Grey lets take Lucy to the medical room!" I turned to Grey and left with him carrying Lucy. After an hour she woke up, I waited until Grey had left to see her. "Hay, how you doing?" I asked. I sat next to her on the bed. "So, what happened with Lisanna and the match?" She asked "After you passed out. She got back u, she was declared the winner!" I said, I looked at the floor. "I guess I have to stay away from you now!" Her face went sad. "Don't you dare stay away from me!" She looked back up at me shocked.
Lucy POV: What did he just say. "But the bet!" I said. "Screw the bet. I don't care, I don't want my best friend avoiding me 'cause of some stupid bet!" He said, my eyes widened and I smiled. "Ok. I want avoid you!" What's this feeling. I feel all warm inside.
It wasn't until later that day, I left the medical room. I came to the front gate of the school and Grey and Natsu were fighting. "Guys! What are you doing?" I ran between them, Grey snarled at Natsu and left one way. Natsu growled and left the other. I followed Natsu, my house is the same way anyway. "Natsu what happened back there?" He just ignored me. So I ran in front of him and he stopped. "Natsu. What. Happened. Back. There?" I'm not leaving with out an answer. "Its nothing, just a misunderstanding!" He said and I watched him walk off. I suddenly felt really sad, like my heart was being ripped into two pieces. "I'll ask mum about." I whisper to myself.
When I got home I found mum in the living room reading and I sat down on the sofa with her. "Mum, could I ask you something?". "of course dear, what is it?" She put down her book and turned to me. "Well have you ever gotten a warm feeling inside or maybe a feeling like your heart is being broken into two?" My mum's face went shocked and then she smiled. " Ya I have, both actually. Why you ask?" She tilted her head. "What are they? These feelings!" Mum just smiling as I looked confused and asked questions. "Well, first answer this." She said, "What does love mean to you?" She asked. I didn't know what to say I was lost.
