Chapter five: My pup injured and the discovery♥
I stood by the river with rin. All of a sudden a huge boar demon came into the clearing and cut rin with it's tusk. Rin screamed in pain. "Hold pressure on it." I said killing the demon with my poison claw. I quickly ran over to her and wrapped it with the bottom of my kimono I ripped off. "Mommy! It hurts!" She cried. I wiped her tears and held her to my chest. "I know baby... I know." I soothed. She held onto my kimono and closed her eyes. "Ruka? What has happened?" Sesshomaru asked. I hugged him softly so not to hurt rin. "Boar demon attacked us." I explained. He growled protectively. "I killed it don't worry." I soothed kissing his cheek. "Okay let's go. We must keep traveling." He demanded softly. I nodded and followed him to ah-un. I put clean bandages on rin's wound. "Jaken. We are leaving." I said. He nodded and followed us our of the area. Rin was sleeping in my arms as we walked. I felt something move inside me. I stopped for a minute and glanced at my stomach in question. "Ruka? Are you alright?" Sesshomaru asked. "Lady Ruka? Your stomach is pulsing." Jaken said in worry. My tail swished softly. 'Ruka. Your pregnant. Its a...' "Shush. Don't tell me!" I yelled. Sesshomaru raised his brow smiling in amusement. I stuck my tongue out at him. He chuckled and started walking again. Rin woke up and smiled at me. "Morning mommy." She smiled. I simply smiled back and set her on ah-un.
