The episode starts with Naira smiling at Kartik.
Kartik came and sat beside Naira. He gave Naira the kids. Naira kissed on their foreheads. Kids smiled at her.
Kartik:- Arrey this is wrong they didn't smile at me.
Naira:- Kartik!
Kartik:- I know they live their Mumma more!
Naira:- I love you na!
Kartik:- I love you too! Thank you for giving me these two angels.
Naira:- One is angel other is rock star!
Kartik:- Oh ya Mumma's boy!
Naira:- Papa's Girl!
Whole family came inside. They were very happy. Bhabhi Maa picked both of them in her arms.
Bhabhi Maa:- Girl looks like Kartik! Boy looks like Naira!
Everyone picked the kids and placed a kiss on their face.
Naksh(picking the kids in her arms):- Have you decided names for them?
Before Naira and Kartik could speak. Baby boy did his work on Naksh's clothes. Naksh looked up at Akshara. The baby girl also did her work.
Naksh:- Mumma they both did!
Everyone laughed seeing Naksh's funny expressions.
Devyani:- Arrey its good! Kids will love you more!
Laksh:- I also want to pick them!
Tara:- Bacha you are very small you will not be able to pick both of them.
Laksh:- Par dikha toh do na!
Tara picked up Laksh. Laksh saw both the kids and kissed on their cheeks.
Laksh:- Very Good! Irritate Duggu Papa like this only.
Kids smiled as if they understood what Laksh said.
Akshara:- I'll change their cloth!
Akshara took the from Naksh. Naksh's whole shirt was wet.
Naira:- Bhai you have to tolerate this every day now.
Naksh:- Whatever!!
Kartik:- Jaan! I'll be back after completing formalities.
Naitik:- But names?
Naira:- Baby Boy KARNA KARTIK GOENKA!
Kartik:- Baby Girl KAIRA KARTIK GOENKA!
Naksh:- These names?
Naira:- Bhai like your and my names are a part of Mumma Papa's names. Like that only Kaira and Karna's name is from my and Kartik's names.
Kartik:- Kartik ka KA And Naira ka IRA. Means KAIRA!!
Naira:- Kartik's KAR and my name's NA! Means KARNA!!
Everyone smiled at them.
Kartik:- Kaira and Karna complete me and Naira!
Singhania family left except Akshara. Kartik went to complete formalities.
Akshara sat beside Naira. She changed kids clothes.
Naira:- I'm sorry Mumma!
Akshara:- For What Naira?
Naira:- Every mother wants that her daughter should get married in front of her but...
Akshara:- You got married in front of me only.
Naira:- Mumma...
Akshara:- Remember Shiv-Parvati Vivah! That day I saw you both getting married.
Naira smiled at Akshara. Kaira and Karna started crying.
Akshara:- They are hungry!
Naira took them in their lap and started feeding them. After few minutes,they both slept. Kartik came inside.
Akshara:- I'll go now! Kartik take care of her!
Kartik:- Jee Maa!
Akshara blessed Kartik. She left from there. Kartik sat beside Naira.
Kartik:- You Okay na!
Naira:- Hmm Why?
Kartik:- No you were screaming while delivery so...
Naira:- You cried?
Kartik:- Hmm! I can't see you in pain na!
Naira(cupping his face):- And I can't see you in pain!
Kartik kept his head on her shoulder and wrapped his arms around Naira's waist.
Kartik:- I love you!
Naira:- I love you more!
Kartik:- You sleep for sometime! Kids are also sleeping!
Naira:- Not feeling sleepy!
Kartik:- Why?
Naira:- I just want to be with you!
Kartik:- Okay! You want to talk abt something.!
Naira:- Anything!
Kartik and Naira kept talking.
NEXT MORNING
Naira was discharged. Naira picked up the kids. Kartik helped Naira in sitting. He drove away to their villa.
After few minutes they reached their villa. They came out and went inside. It was total dark. Naira slowly stepped in. The moment Naira stepped in with Kartik and kids. Flowers started showering on them. Lights turned on.
Naira and Kartik saw the villa decorated. The whole family standing for their welcome. There was banner with Welcome!
They all danced on Tum ho toh... Their was a cake arranged with images of SHERNI and MENDEK!
Naksh:- Naira Papa made this!
Kartik:- Papa Naira always make a frog's cake on my birthday. Atleast you all....
Naitik:- Beta abb is se better idea nahi mila! Obviously it's your day!
Naira and Kartik cut the cake. They fed each other. Then fed everyone else. Kartik went to Naman.
Naman:- Congrats Kartik!
Kartik:- Thank you Chachu!
Naman:- Thanks to you for forgiving me!
Kartik:- It's Okay!
Naman and Kartik hugged each other. Naira smiled at them. Kaira and Karna placed their little finger on Naira's chin.
Naira looked at them and smiled. They smiled back.
Kartik came and stood beside Naira. He took Kaira in his arms and placed a kiss on her forehead. Naksh clicked their photos with Kaira and Karna. He clicked their photos alone too.
THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER WITH THEIR NEW FAMILY!!
