August's right eye is his natural blue, but his left eye is red and has no whites, instead it is black. The red eye was caused by his father who drove him to insanity. August likes to bandage the eye to prevent people from seeing it and because it starts to bleed at random times. His hair now has been permanently dyed red from all the blood that has dried on and into it. Before he was locked down in the dungeons he rebelled against his father by getting his piercings, he now has 3 in his right ear, 2 in the left, and a lip piercing. His rebellion caused his father to put a branding mark on his left temple and scar the area right under it.
Personality: August can be a bit of an ass, but he means well. Once he gets to know someone and starts to care for them he will risk life and limb for them. He has the tendency to be cold and sarcastic but he tries to be nice every once and a while.

History:
Denice, a fallen angel, was thrown out of heaven for saying that not all demons are bad. When she landed on earth she decided that she would prove them all wrong and started to seek out a good demon. That never happened. Two years passed and she gave up looking for a demon, deciding to use her knowledge and skills she started to help the human race as a healer, or better known as, a doctor. Five years passed uneventful, until Joan showed up. Joan was a patient of hers in critical condition. Having serious head trauma she concluded that he would have some sort of amnesia, and she was correct. When Joan woke up he didn't remember anything besides his name. Denice feeling sorry for this man took him in and cared for him. Two years passed this way. When those two years went by Denice and Joan had started dating, which many people congratulated Denice for, considering that she had no experience or interest in the area. They dated for four years before they got married. One year after marriage they had August, but then everything started to go down hill from there. Denice lost her job, Joan lost his, they lost their house, all over the time span of four years. It just got worse from there, Joan started to get his memory back, and when he did he started to abuse Denice and August, but mostly Denice. The abuse started out as verbal, Joan believed Denice had cheated on him for she had red hair and he had blond, but August had black. Then it got physical. Joan, who was slowly going insane by all the terrible memories he was remembering, started to drink in hopes to forget them, but all that it did was make him angry. Having nothing to take his anger out on he started to hit August, but when Denice found out she had him hit herself instead of August. This lasted until August was 8, by then Joan had lost it. When Joan was fully insane everything for him clicked into place. Joan remembered that he was the devil and he needed to run the underworld.
Taking Denice and August down to the underworld he locked Denice in the dungeon to slowly kill her over the next three years. In those three years he earned the trust and love of August, but all that was lost when he made him do the finishing blow to his mother. When he refused his father forced his hand down to kill his mother, after that August started to rebel against him. It started with small things like saying no or just ignoring him. Then it escalated to him escaping to the human world to get tattoos and piercings. He got two tattoos, wings to represent his wings when he got them, the other one was on his left forearm. It was a purple gladiolus, in the flower language it means remembrance. It was for his mother. When he turned 16 his father trapped him in the dungeon, determined to get the perfect son out of him.
This went on for weeks until Joan gave up on it and left him to be used by any needs necessary, whether it be fore him to be tortured, or used as a sex doll. Joan came back to see him three months later only to see a broken child, deciding that August needed to remember this forever he grabbed a knife and carved the words 'Devil's Offspring' into his back. Stepping back Joan started to admire his work until he remembered that he still had some 'business' to take care of, stepping out of the dungeon he left for 'work'.
For the next two years it was the same routine, in the morning a man named Denis would come and torture him in some way, then he would have 20 minutes to himself before another man who told him to call him 'Master' came and raped him. But he was always excited for the evenings. In the evening a man named Ainsley would come and help him, and after the two years he self proclaimed himself as his therapist. He didn't mind though, he needed the company, especially when he came of age.
Like humans, a demon isn't truly a adult until they are 18, but that is when they get their demonic aspects. But the night August got them it was hell. The horns weren't too bad, all they gave him was a headache, then there was a dull pain in his lower back when his tail grew, but the worst was yet to come. When his wings started to come in he was screaming bloody murder at how it felt, and how it felt was what was happening. He felt as if something was ripping out of his back. The pain plus all the memories of what his father had done to him drove him to insanity, ripping out of his chains he went on a killing spree. Only to be stopped by his father putting a seal on him. The seal was on his eye, causing it to turn red and lose its whites. The seal itself was so that he couldn't go into his demonic form with out feeling excruciating pain.
Now at 27 his hold on his sanity is slipping again, yet his father doesn't care. He doesn't care that when his son loses his grip innocent people die at the hands of man not conscious of what he's doing. He doesn't care that when he's not looking August breaks a little more.
