Heal the Ice Queen's Heart

Chapter 1: Bombshell

        "It feels like ages since I last visited and it's only been a few months!" Rapunzel marveled as she sat down her bag in Anna's room as Eugene and Anna followed, Eugene carrying a bunch of bags.

        "Well a lots happened in that time period." Anna said with a chuckle as Olaf hurried into the room. 

        "Elsa's coming!" he exclaimed in a fit of giggles. The others laugh as the queen walks into the room.

        "Oh you guys made it safely!" Elsa beams as she tightly hugs Rapunzel, causing her cousin to laugh. 

        "Off course we did," Rapunzel smiled and looked over to Eugene as Elsa lets her go. "Well, now we part so you can spend time with the guys, or at least a guy and his adorable reindeer."

        "Yep, should be fun, see you at breakfast tomorrow." Eugene swiftly kissed Rapunzel then headed off to find Kristoff. 

        "Alright, I have been dying to have this question asked sooo..... Rapunzel who was your first crush?" Anna bubbled excitedly while her cousin thinks. 

        "Eugene I guess since he was the first boy I'd really truly met and got to know," Rapunzel answered with a smile, remembering when she'd first met the guy.

        "That's a really good answer," Elsa grinned while Anna nodded excitedly. 

        "How about you Anna?" Rapunzel looked to her cousin who laughed. 

        "As much as I hate to admit it, it was Hans." she said while Elsa put her arm around her sister lovingly.

        "Hans was crazy!" Olaf says from the floor where he was looking through a jewelry box. Anna chuckled and nodded.

        "Well, I don't think we can even ask Elsa that question." Elsa looked at her sister with a surprised look.

        "And why do you think that?" she asked and Anna fumbled with her hands. 

        "Well you hid away for a long time and didn't mingle at the coronation sooo," Anna drew out and looked up at her sister.

        "I think you'd be surprised then." Rapunzel and Olaf perked up at Elsa's words. 

        "Then who was your first crush Elsa?" Rapunzel asked excitedly. 

        "When I was younger and shut away from everyone, there was this boy who looked about the age I currently am. Since I was usually alone, he would visit me when I was scared or lonely."

        "But visitors weren't allowed in the castle," Anna interrupted and Elsa smiled. 

        "True, but he would just kinda of appear out of nowhere almost. He had powers like mine and he used that as a way to make me feel better. He was always there and as I grew up he didn't seem to age at all. I think at one point I admitted that I liked him and instead of laughing at me, he hugged me." Elsa was losing herself in the memories that she loved so much. 

        "He sounds wonderfu," Rapunzel said and Elsa smiled. 

        "He was; he told me as long as I believed in him I'd always see him and that he's always be with me....even when I couldn't see him anymore." a small tear rolls down Elsa's cheek. "I never stopped believing but I don't see him anymore." 

        "You don't?" Olaf asked with his mouth wide open in sadness.

        "No, I haven't seen him for six years and it kills me everyday. How am I supposed to know if he is still with me?" Elsa wiped at the steady flow of tears now rolling down her cheeks.

        "I believe he is still here with you like he said. He was always around and helped you after the coronation incident. There is no doubt on that." Anna said with a smile, feeling it really is true.

        "Thanks Anna, I just wish somehow he would show me he;s still here with me." Elsa said as she wiped the last of her tears. Rapunzel looks awkwardly at her cousin and sister. 

        "So....what was his name?" she asked her cousin in a gentle voice.

        "Jack," the name hangs in the air as if he will appear from nowhere as he did before. 

        "Hey, that actually sounds familiar." Rapunzel said, tapping her chin in thought. 

        "Anyways, lets talk about something else before I make myself more sad." Elsa said with a small smile. 

        "Now I know what you meant when you asked what I knew about love at coronation," Anna whispered and Elsa smiled. 

        "Exactly, I knew more than anyone knew." Rapunzel and Olaf share grins while Anna nodded.

        "Does anyone else smell chocolate?" Anna asked out of nowhere causing everyone to sniff the air around them.  

        "Mmm, yes!" Rapunzel exclaimed while Elsa lead them to the door.

        "Lets go get some," she said as the trio leftthe room and headed through the hall towards the kitchen. When they were out of sight Olaf looked into the corner of the room.

        "I hope you heard the whole thing," he giggled as the person in the corner stands up from a crouch. 

        "Don't worry Olaf, I heard it all." the figure says with a smile as it walks over and stands next to Olaf. 

        "You gotta do something, please." Olaf said with big, pleading eyes that caused the stranger to sigh. 

        "I'll try, but it's some risky stuff." Olaf nodded at the words and looked up to the person.

        "Just know I believe you can do it, heal the broken heart of the Ice Queen." the stranger smiled.

        "I live to heal the Ice Queen's heart, now run along so they don't get suspicious." Olaf nodded and with a wave he disappeared out the door to find the girls. Sighing, the stranger climbed out the window and disappeared into the beautiful day.
