“Get ready, you cold-hearted monster!” Shouted Natsu Dragneel. He grinned, and with an evil smile said his catch phrase. “I’m all fired up!”
“Please don’t do this,” I begged. “We need to get started on our mission!”
“Come on, you fire bastard,” yelled Gray Fullbuster. “ I’ll turn you into a popsicle!”
CLASH. BANG. BOOM.
I stared as the guild slowly started turning into rubble. Once again. I just hoped that this time it wouldn’t be as bad as always.
“HEYYY! YOU DEVILS!”
Yes! Finally. Here she comes, I thought.
Erza Scarlet entered the room, stomped over to Natsu and Gray, and banged their heads together. “You fiends! Do you know how much TROUBLE you cause for everyone whenever you get into your stupid babyish fights?!”
“But Erza, Gray was the one who started it!”
“Whaaat! You liar! It was you who-”
“SHUT UP!”
“YES!” yelled Natsu and Gray in unison, cowering in fear from Erza’s power.
“Poor Lucy. She always has to bear watching your fights and wait for you! Learn to be considerate to others!”
Yesss, I thought. So true.
“Sorry Lucy,” said Natsu sheepishly. “Come on, let’s go on our mission!”
I smiled. He could be cute sometimes. “Ok, let’s go! By the way, you know where we’re going today right?”
“Uhm.” Natsu paused. “To defeat a monster in the mountains?”
“Nope.”
“Then... oh yeah! To sneak into another guild and get you a new key!”
“What?! No!”
“Umm...” Natsu frowned. “To help out at the theater again...?”
I shook my head, “No.” I could tell he was running out of ideas.
“You really don’t know?”
“I really don’t know...”
I sighed. I take my comment back. When I try to be nice, he just has to ruin it.
