malec training part 6

We walked through the portol and made it to the entrance of the institute, we started walking through the room were all the shadowhunters were working, making sure new York is safe and that there are no demon attacks, as we were walking towards the training hall most of the shadowhunters were greeting alec as he past them, some asked about his injury and how he was doing, alec was respected by all of the shadowhunters, he was their leader, a good one too, which makes me so happy and proud of him, I felt that his arm was around my waist, pulling me closer to him so our sides were touching, another reason why I'm proud of him, alec got so much more comfortable with his own skin, he was truly himself and he didn't mind showing me affection in public, he even said it when I asked for the first time about how he feels about that kind of stuff " you are my boyfriend, I love you and i care about you, screw everybody else" and let me tell you, my heart melted from that, knowing that he doesn't care about other's opinions and that he feels completely okay with showing me affection even if other's are looking and judging.

"ALEC!" We heard someone yell as we walked into the training hall, I forgot about every thing I was thinking about and focused on the room and I saw jace running up to alec with a big smile on his face, once he reached us, they both immediately went for a hugh hug, both smiling, happy to see each other again even if they had just seen each other yesterday, jace was always kind of clingy to alec and alec always played up like it's annoying for him but In reality he loves it, it makes him feel like jace is always there by his side, he won't lose his brother, he won't lose his parabatai, he would never bare it, so alec enjoyed knowing and feeling that jace is always around, still his friend, still his brother.

" good morning Magnus" I saw clary coming to greet me with izzy right after her " good morning biscuit" I said back and hugged her and then greeted izzy " good morning Isabelle " i said and gave her a hug as she answered with a good morning mumbled into my shoulder.

Isabelle turned to alec and started talking "so apparently the other shadowhunters who are already out on the mission don't need our help so we can train a little longer if you would like" jace nodded when she finished and waited for alec to answer "are you sure they don't need you help? That they aren't in danger?" Here is another thing I absolutely adore about alec, he's so sweet and caring towards everyone, he always needs to know and be sure everyone are safe and happy, what an angel...
