Chapter 15: shivaay at anika's home

Shivika we're laughing wholeheartedly without realising their positions when suddenly shivaay's eyes went on anika's arms (anika had worn a short sleeve blouse) he was shocked to see her whole one arm was red with marks aniks winched in pain as he brushed his finger slowly tears formed in anika's eyes he went more near to check the bruise he was more shocked as he saw that 'D' was carved in arm that too not only once but it was carved numerous times on the same place he could make out how mercilessly it was done he couldn't even imagine the pain anika must have gone through
Shivaay's Pov
Kisne kia hai yeh aur kyu?
Dont know what clicked in shivaay's heart he kissed anika's arm numerous times as if he is taking away all the pain from her
His kisses worked as soothing balm on anika's wound if daksh was the bruise then shivaay was the ointment on the bruise
Though they were still unaware of their feelings but they will soon realise it
Shivaay gave her lots of sweet kisses and finally gaining the courage he asked anika
Shiv: ani....anika ye....yeh kaise....kaise hua kis...kisne kia? (His voice cracked as he had tears in his eyes)
Anika was surprised to see tears in his eyes though it had been few days that she met him but she could tell that he was a man with golden heart
Anika realised if she said anything lots of things would come out which she dint want she want to remember the pain of wounds that daksh gave her she dint want to remember the black sleepless night she spent in the store room she dint want to remember her screams and beggings while eating the green chillies or been beaten with belts she remembered that daksh had tied her hands legs and mouth for 2 days she was abducted in her own house he made her starve she was not even give a drop of water to drink only because she demanded to go out for lunch flashbacks made their way in her mind when shivaay snapped his fingers in front of her she wiped her tears and quickly made her move and left the place without turning
Shivaay was confused and found something fishy he made his way inside and got himself changed in dry clothes
He went to sara's room and saw anika sitting in same wet clothes she was in deep thoughts
He got the ointment and sat beside her and started applying on her bruise she came out of her thoughts when she saw shivaay was tending her wounds lovingly not thinking anything she hugged him tightly much to his surprise he understood something was wrong not asking anything he hugged her back with same strength and let silence between them speak after sometime shivaay noticed anika sleeping peacefully in his arms he made her lay down and stared at her angelic face with those dry tear marks that stabbed his heart he left the room not before placing a soft kiss on her forehead
Later in night
Anika woke up from her deep and peaceful sleep which she managed to get after so many days the reason whole and sole reason was shivaay and his care
Anika saw the time
Ani: phail gaya raita anika tu toh kumbhkaran hogayi hai sab shivaay she wajah se
She smiled realising what she said
She quickly made her way down and the scene in front of her made her go awww
Shivaay was busy in his office work and sara was feeding him with her small hands
Sara was scolding him just like a mother
Sara: papa aap apna dhyaan bikul nhi rakte sirf kaam kaam kaam khana kyu nhi khaya aapne
Shivaay was so engrossed in his work he answered her without even listening
Shiv: haa pata hai kal meeting hai
Sara hit her head with her tiny palms and shaked her head in disbelief
Anika laughed at her antics but at the same time she smiled seeing the father daughter bond
She thought not to disturb their moment and left the place quitely
After sometime she came back being freshen up and saw nobody was present in the living room
She saw servant passing by
Ani: kavita shivaay sir aur sara kaha hai?
Kavi: shivaay sir sara baby ko sulaane ke liye le gaye hai
Ani: ok thankyou
She made her move towards sara's room but ahe found sara was sleeping peacefully on shivaay's chest in his room witha cute pout adorned on her face
Shivaay saw anika and slowly place sara in bed covered her with duvet and caressed her hair
Shiv: anika tum theek ho
Anika nodded
Ani: sir i think muje nikalna chahiye
Shiv: par tum akeli kaise jaaogi wait ill drop you
Ani: nahi nhi sir iske koi zaroorat nhi I'll manage
Shiv: I said ill drop no more arguments its an order
Anika rolled her eyes and muttered bagad billa only to recieve a glare from shivaay
Shivaay grabbed his car keys and while anika caressed sara's cheek and kissed it muttering a sorry for leaving without meeting her
Shivika settled themselves in the car and started their silent journey stealing glances at eachother
After 25 mins of drive they reached it was complete blackout and silent road
Shiv: anika are u sure tum yahi rehti ho?
Ani: haa (confused)
Shivaay asked anika as he knew this locality was not safe there were lots of dreadful incidents taken place here
Shivika got down and shivaay insisted that he would drop her upstairs for his assurance
They entered inside the house
Shiv: anika tumhare husband kaha hai
Anika facial expressions changed which was noticed by shivaay
Ani:v...voh ou....out of town hai
Anika offered him a glass of water shivaay left the place not before instructing anika 100 times and making sure that she locked the door properly
Anika smiled at his gentle men side she was missing this care and love or better say she was carving for it
As shivaay came down on the road the scene in front of him made him shocked and sacred to hell
He saw two men running and police was chasing them
One of the constable stopped and told shivaay that a murder had taken place in this area and it is not safe stand here at this time
He quickly made his way back to anika's flat and rang the door bell and asked anika to open the door as it was him
She opened the door and shivaay straight away went inside
Shiv: anika pack your bags u r living in OM jabtak tumhare husband nhi aate
Ani: lekin sir....(she was cut by shivaay)
Shiv: tum koi baat bina arguement ke maan nhi sakti n come on pack your bags
She obeyed shivaay and packing her bag they left for OM
