4. Past Lover

THRID PERSON POV

Momo waited for Mina at the front door of the condominium. Mina shocked while seeing the same bike from yesterday and Momo was leaning on it with his phone.

He notice Mina presence stood in front of him so he fished his phone away.
" hey! " he said while handed her the helmet.

" you know you don't have to do this. " she said while plug in his headphones.

" at least this is what I can do for you. So maybe you could be more secure. " he said with a winked and Mina wants to laugh but she held it in.

They get on the bike and Momo start the engine. " wanna get some drink before headed to school? "
" sure. "

Momo drove to the nearest café and go in with Mina.

" what's your order? " the counter asked.

" one strawberry frappe less sugar and one americano. " Momo said and the counter repeated his order.

" name please? " she asked.

" Momo, Mina. " they answer at the same time making the counter chuckled.

" just go with MiMo. " once again the counter giggles at the couple as she nods and they waited for their drink.

Since the waiting seat is almost full, he let Mina sat as he stood next to her. He patted her head and smiles as she return him one.

He felted people taking his photo but he ignored them and focus on the girl in front of him. They get their coffee and headed to school.

" NAYEON UNNIEEEE " Dahyun jump around the front gate as she cling on Nayeon.

" woah woah how was my dubu while I'm in Paris " Nayeon said. " and where's Mina ? " she added and Jihyo frowned.

" isn't that...? " she got cut by Sana " Mina? And ... " Sana got cut by Dahyun " Momo? "

" by Momo, you guys talking about Hirai Momo? " Nayeon comment which surprise the other.

" yeah. How did you know him? " Sana added.

" long story. " is all she said and storm into the campus. She get into the girl bathroom and enter one of the stall.

She clenched her chest. " my heart is beating the same. " she got teary eyes. " it's been 3 years Momo yah... can't you feel my heart is still beating for you? "
" but why Mina is with you? " she mumbled as she left the stall.

Chaeyoung and Tzuyu stormed to their table they usually ate and show them the picture.

" so? " Tzuyu playfully grabs his collars and shakes him.

" what do you mean by so? A photo of you and Ms. No 1 in the campus went wild on the internet! "

" The caption even make it worst. " Jeongyeon added.

Momo hummed while the others are ruffles their hair in frustration. Momo just look at them blankly.

A hand slammed on the table shocked the rest of the boys. " can I borrow Momo ? There's a few thing I wanna talk with him. "

The boys notice her eyes and nodded furiously as if she could fired a bullet out of her eyes. She grabbed Momo and went to the field.

" heh? Did Nayeon unnie knows Momo? " Mina asked and they just shrugged.

" i don't know since she only said ' long story ' that's all. " Mina hummed and look at Momo who got dragged away by Nayeon.

' what if they're... no they can't be ' Mina shook her head and continued her eating.

As soon as they stopped Nayeon pulled him into a hugged. Momo gently pushed her away.

" what are you doing?! " he said and look at her with his confusion looks.

" I missed you so much Momo ah... " Nayeon hugged him again. " so so much that I couldn't say "

" have we met before? " Momo said which made Nayeon froze.

" how could you not remember me? " she lightly hits his chest as she got teary eyes.

" look I'm sorry. Due to the accident I've forgot about 80% of my memories and you know we can't get them back once we lost it. " ( well it's true hun. They only comeback in dramas )

" I'm sorry if this hurt you, I'll asked again. Who are you? " Momo asked with a concerned looks and whipped her tears.

' you only make me fall for you even more you idiot! ' Nayeon stood up and faced him while sniffing.

" I'm sorry I must've got the wrong person. I apologized. My name is Im Nayeon. Nice to meet you. " she extends her hand and he gladly accept it.

He laughs " you shouldn't get wrong person again. You might met a drunk man next time. " he paused. " Hirai Momo. " and shook her hands.

His phone rang at the moment. He picked it up a start speaking in Japanese.

[ Moshi moshi? ]

[ son can you attend the party tonight for me? I don't think I could make it tonight. ]

[ hmm... sure... how was work? ]

[ As always... tiring. Ughhh I gotta go. Enjoy the party tonight. Oh don't forget to buy mask. Love you son ]

[ Love you too, kaa-san ] he hung up.

" was that your mom? " Nayeon asked earning a nodded from him.

" I gotta go. There's a few things I should prepare. " Momo said and left. Nayeon watch the man that she dated for year leaving her again. Even after the breakup, her hearts still beating the same for him.
