I'm sitting at the morning table as I usually do. My mom had pissed me off before I left for school so I wasn't in the best mood. My friends were trying to cheer me up and were giving me hints that I was going to have a good day. I was so confused. Could it be that Justin had planned something special? Looking at my phone depressed, they tell me to turn around. So I do and he walks in holding a poster and beautiful flowers in his hand and nervously shaking. I'm in complete shock. He asks "Nina will you go to homecoming with me?" My response was yes. I realized that my answer did not come out the way I wanted it to. He seemed relieved yet upset. I felt so bad. He's had a crush on me since we met and I had mixed feelings. I want him to be happy. We took a few cute pictures together. I thanked him and told him I really appreciate him asking me to the dance. He then smiled at me and said "You're welcome". He and I then went our separate ways and talked throughout the day. I can't wait til Saturday night! 😍
