----------------------------------------------------

Scott was only thirteen years old when it all occurred. The memory to this day is just a blur because of how fast it happened.

Him and his mom were taking a stroll around their homey neighborhood, the sun seeping through clouds that dotted the sky. They spoke about what the next phase of Scott's life was to be. "So Scott, what do you see yourself doing when your older?", his mom asked him. A slight breeze blew at her blonde hair, which she proceeded to tuck behind her ears.

Scott took a few minutes to answer, his eyes following the movement his mom's tennis shoe. He hadn't really thought about it up until that point, and when the question hit him, he was hesitant.

"I'm not sure", Scott answered shyly. He then looked his mom right in her brown eyes more confidently. "I just know I want to do something big, something life changing!"

Scotts mom came to a slow halt, beaming, with Scott mimicking her motions. She then lowered herself to fully embraced him in a hug.

"Thats great, Scott. You'll do amazing things, I can feel it", she whispered in complete sincerity as she pulled away. With a smile back and nod from Scott, they kept walking.

Then Scott and his mom heard the screeching of tires on the pavement from behind them. "What is that?", Scott's mom mumbled to herself, but Scott heard her none the less.

All they could see was a black van surrounded by dark smoke rolling down the street toward them. Scott's mom sped up, taking his hand in hers. The closer the van got to them, the more imbedded her unpolished nails became in his skin. Scott sensed the danger. Therefore, he didn't hesitate when his mom started to run, but the van was too fast for human will power. In a matter of seconds the van was right behind them. Scott and his mom couldn't have run any faster.

Then suddenly the van pulled a sharp turn, pulled up over the curb, into the gras, and right in front of them. It then came to a stop with the engine still roaring. The sliding door of the van was thrown open and two tall, thin men, cloaked in black, jumped out. They both went for Scott's mom, ignoring his immediate yelling.

Scott then made the bold move of jumping in front of his mom, still hollering. "No you can't take her! Somebody please help! Stop", Scott screamed and pled.

The men disregarded his screams and one of them even shoved him onto the the street. With a loud thud, Scott's head hit the ground. He began to slip in and out of consciousness, but what he heard and saw would haunt him forever.

The men took his mom into their van by the hands and feet, as she tried to twist out of their grip, protesting with blood curdling screams. Next thing Scott knew, the van door was slammed shut, and the vehicle pulled away from curb, speeding off forever. With the overwhelming smell of burning rubber, Scott went out.

He was up later the next day in a hospital room with the memory still fresh in his mind, crying.

12 YEARS LATER

" YOU HAD ONE JOB SCOTT! " he yelled. And hit him across the face with the butt of his gun. Scott fell to the floor with blood dripping down the side of his face.

" I tried everything I could to find him! I found nothing!" Scott was in an organization that try's to find the abductors and put and end to them. But in the last few years it seemed like Steel, the head or the corporation, was starting to turn from the main cause. Scott started the organization when he was 19, with some other people that have had the same experience as him. Scott's case was the first to be completed since it happened as such a young age. His friends John and Daman were around 16 when Johns sister was taken and Damans little brother was snatched from them. The organization was meant to be a helpful cause... But it's slowly turning for the worst.
