Chapter 13

David's pov:
I wake up surrounded by my friends and cuddled up with Liza. I switch my phone on and squint at the screens bright light.
5:45 am
Why am I up so early?
I try and fall back asleep but I can't, I start to scroll through social media then I feel liza shuffle about beside me.
I turn and her bright eyes are looking up at me
David: morning babe
Liza: why are you awake so early you've got like another hour of sleep
David: I can't sleep now
Liza: I guess I'll stay up with you then
She sits up and ruffles her curls, she looks back at me and smiles
David: oh my god you're so beautiful
She smiles even more and kisses me on the lips, I brush my tongue against her bottom lip and deepen the kiss, I sit up and she straddles my waist as she runs her hands though my hair.
She smiles and pushes me to lay back down, our lips moved in sync i moved down and started to gently kiss her neck making her smile grow even more. I go back to her lips.

Heath: come on! I'm literally laying right next to you
We both swing our heads round to look at in and laugh, we birth lean in for a kiss but he pulls our head away from eachother.
David: why are you even awake?
Heath: you woke me up
Liza: sorry
He rolls back over and liza looks back at me and we both start laughing.
She slides off of my lap and curls up next to me, we talk until everyone else starts to wake up at 6:30.

We are all done getting dressed for school and the girls have gathered at the big mirror doing their makeup while the guys sat in the living room.
Todd: they've been in there for 20 minutes
Zane: why do any of them wear makeup
Scott: I know they don't need it
We hear a phone start to ring underneath the pillows, we start to look about for the phone I dig my arm under the pillow and it's Bruce calling Carly
Scott: answer it then
I answer it and hold it up to my ear
David: hello Carly's phone
Bruce: who the fuck is this
David: it's David
Bruce: oh okay sorry for getting angry, why are you with Carly?
David: the whole group stayed round zanes last night
Bruce: well where is she
David: her and the girls are getting ready
Bruce: go get her
David: I don't th-
Bruce: go fucking get her!
I call Carly and she comes running out
David: Bruce is on the phone
Carly: shit
She whispers before taking the phone. As soon as has the phone she hangs up the call, we look at her confused
Carly: he sounded angry I don't want to talk to him when he is angry
Todd: you didn't even listen to him
Carly: I'm gonna finish getting ready
She walks back out the room, we look at eachother.
10 minutes later the girls trial out of the bathroom their makeup finished
Scotty: finally
I check my phone and it's 7:10
David: we've got some time what do you wanna do?
Gabbie: we can get breakfast
Zane: from where?
Liza: ihop?
Erin: yes let's go!
We all slip on our shoes and grab our phones before leaving.

We sit round the table and each couple buy a stack of pancakes to share
(Heath and Alex share Carly and Erin share btw)
We had all finished our food and it was 8:00am
Heath: do we really have to go to school
Scott: sadly yes now let's pay and leave
All of us get out our wallets and the girls reach for their purses
Zane: no way
I check the bill and we split it between all the guys.
We walk out talking and laughing and me and Zane our vlogging us all.
We get into mine and Scott's cars and drive to school.
I rest my hand on lizas thigh as we drive and she holds her hand on top of mine and I can see the small smile on her face in the corner of my eye.
We pulled up at school the same time as Scotty, we gathered in our usual spot and started to talk and laugh and vlog again.
Lizas head shoots round as a grey car pull up she squeals and runs towards it letting go of my hand.
I watch her confused as she runs to the car. The door swings open and Kevin jumps out, she leaps into a hug I look back at our group who's watching the two before walking towards them.
David: hey kevin
Kevin: oh hey david
Liza: Kevin why are you here?
Kevin: I have to go to school while I'm here
Liza: how long are you here for?
Kevin: two months
Liza: really!
Her face is lit up as she talks to him.
I glance back at our group of friends they give me a quick nod of reassurance and start to walk over.
Gabbie: liza, time for school come on Gabbie:Kevin? Hey!
She hugs him and I see zanes face looks similar to mine
Gabbie: it's been like a year since we last talked
Kevin: yeah I've missed you gabs
Gabbie: me too
Zane: okay let's get to homeroom before we all get detentions
Liza: I'll see you at lunch kev
Kevin: yep
I snake my arm round lizas waist and we walk into school.
We walk in and me and Liza go sit down
Mr killinger: david you're actually on time today well done
I just laugh him off and he starts registration.
