              ASHERAH

She listened to the rolling of the sea as she did every day. Forward back repeat to her it was the most beautifully calming sound in the world. It reminded her of life how the water was always changing always moving and so beautiful. Suddenly she awoke seeing she was still in her small pond she sighed. Asherah swam out from between the submerged tree roots she called home and swam toward the surface. The water broke away as she tilted her head back a smile breaking out across her face. "Morning Sunshine" she whispered to herself simply enjoying the warmth of the suns rays on her skin. The silence was suddenly broken by the sound footsteps, and Asherah being the curious but shy creature that she was simply moved behind a half-submerged tree. She peeked around the tree to see a strange creature that walked on two legs wading into the water. It suddenly dove beneath the surface swimming towards a patch of trees near her. As it surfaced she couldn't help but let out a giggle at the sight of this creatures strange swimming and the way it sputtered as it surfaced.  I quickly stifled my giggle and hid behind a tree as it turned its head in my direction confusion written all over the creatures face. Another quick laugh slipped through the hands covering her mouth.

               FINN

As Finn walked through the woods he spotted a small pond and decided to go for a swim before continuing his journey, though he had not a destination in mind. While entering the pool he thought he heard someone speak and a splash of water "well that was odd" he said to himself. He dove enjoying the feeling of the cool water as it enveloped him. When Finn resurfaced he could have sworn he heard a faint giggle he turned around looking for the source then full-blown laughter ensued. Even more, confused he search his surroundings and caught a glimpse of brown hair poking out from behind a tree. "Hello? Who's there?" he called as he waded towards the tree. "I know you're there" silence followed.

        ASHERAH

I peeked out from behind my tree to get another look at the creature that had come to my waters but... it was gone. "Finally! I thought it'd never leave," she said relieved. Then she felt a tap on her shoulder and squeaked. Turning around slowly she came face to face with the creature.
