The Man I Trust

I was just a child that lost everything I had in my village...my friends,family, and my people.. all dead and I was all alone.I thought I was going to end up like them if ..they.. came back or I would starve to death just sitting there looking at my destroyed home.But, then he came.. a man in armor that had a couple of soldiers with him on horses.They were looking around seeing if there was any survivors .. and he saw me just standing there looking at them.I thought they were the ones who attack my village and had come back for me.. so I back away into a corner and huddle in a ball waiting for one to end my life in just a swift of a blade.

Instead.. I felt a hand touch my head and a calming voice from the man in armor.. he said "Do not worry young one I'm not here to hurt you.."I look up to see the men more closely and he was a man with gold eyes,Golden hair, and had a couple of scars oh his face but more importantly a crown!The second I saw the crown and recognized his face... I realized this was the king of light!!I got up quickly and back trying to bow to him in respect but, he laugh and said " oh please you don't have to do such thing little girl.."I look down in embrassment and he then asked "what is your name?"I finally gather the courage to spoke and said "it's... Lora..." and he bent down on one knee to my eye level saying "Well it nice to meet u Lora..Is there anyone else around?"I teared up a bit at the question shaking my head.He gently patted my head saying "well it ok.. your coming with us .. we're going to make sure u are well fed and have somewhere to stay."I didn't want to leave my village since it was my home but, I knew I couldn't survive out here forever.. plus Light king was really sweet,kind, and trusting.. so I joined them following .

It took a hour and half to get from my village to the kingdom of light itself .. as I saw the amazing kingdom come into view with a amazing and glorious look from the distance.I never seen a kingdom before but this... it was so big.. and Beauitful!!As we enter I saw hundreds of people,homes,shops,soldiers, and everything that a kingdom had!.. it was just so wow.But, when we riding to the castle I saw some people and soldiers look at me with a cold and strange stare.I didn't understand why..was there something on my face,did I not look proper or have they never seen a kid like me before? I was thinking a bunch of explanations for why they were staring at me until we reach the door of the kingdom.It was beauitful,big,cool and... just everything a girl can imagine for the first time I was in a castle!!

He led me to a room as we headed downstairs and I was getting excited to see a room I was going to stay in the first time in a castle! Before I enter the room light king handed me new clothing to wear since mines were burnt and torn up.So, I changed into a new outfit that was a black dress and I looked amazing in it but the only thing that bother me was how it had a strange collar like accessorie that didn't look much pretty.I was about to ask light king about it until we enter a room that look the opposite then what I thought.. I saw old bed,stone cold floor with some strange red marks on the floor, and some chains of some sort.Then, I look at light king asking "what is this.. this doesn't seem like a room for a regular person or royal"He suddenly smiled and he threw me into the room.I was confused and saw the door closed as I yelled "hey what is going on!!... what are u doing?!"Light king laughed at me saying " oh you are just one dumb little girl aren't you..? You think I would ever help a dark child like you?!" He laughed at me as I sat there crying and looking at him with sadness.I looked at him saying "I trusted you... I thought we're going to help me.."He looked at me with a cold stare saying "Why would I help a filthy dark child like you.."I layed on the ground crying thinking that the man I trust.. with all my hope and happiness betrayal me and was only tricking me to become another prisoner to him..The Man I Trust... was a illusion .. another monster in the world..
