Part 2 ~ Charlie's POV

"Good practice. Ill see you two tomorrow bright and early ready for practice," my coach says as Meryl groans. "I'll take you home Meryl." Not thinking, I blurt out "NO! Um, I mean, no ill take her. It's okay, it's really no problem. It's on the way." I protest. Meryl smiles and gives me the "wow way to blow it" look. I couldn't help but smile back. "Okay, as long as you two keep practice on your minds and nothing else..." She says hesitantly as She walks out. "I trust you and Meryl will turn out the lights? The next people practicing wont be here for a couple of hours." "Yes coach," Meryl replies. "We'll take care of everything." I couldn't help but sweep Meryl up off her feet the minute my coach walked out the door. Meryl giggles and kisses me. I carry her to the door, and using her toes she turns out the light. Smiling and laughing the whole way to the car, I notice the automatic sprinklers were on. Trying not to drop Meryl, I run over to the sprinklers and sit her down on the wet grass. "Charlie!!" She yells at me. "I'm going to get wet!!" "That's the idea!" I yell back laughing. I start to run off but Meryl jumps on my back and we fall to the ground soaking wet, laughing, and in love. I kiss her on the forehead, wiping the rain off her face.
