NO ONE'S POV:
The next day at school, Kasey began her plan at lunch. As soon as I got mu lunch, I found a place to sit. A few minutes after I sat down, I saw Kasey walking towards where I was sitting.
"Hey there, do you mind if I sit with you?" sheasked innocently.
' Why does the leader of the 'popular' kids want to sit with me? Especially, since she ignored me and kept giving me dirty looks whenever she saw me at the party last night.' I wondered to myself.
" Why would you want to sit with me? You acted like you hated me at the party last night," I told her.
" Oh, I'm so sorry about that. I was in such a bad mood last night. I hope that you can forgive me for being so rude," she told me practically begging for my forgiveness.
" Well......okay. You can sit with me," I told her. I was more excited that a 'popular' kid wanted to sit with me then to even care about how she acted at the party.
" My name is Kasy and the girl coming over here is my best friend Tara," she said as Tara came over and sat down next to Kasey.
" My name is Alexis," I said.
" That is the cutest shirt ever," Kasey complimented me.
" Thanks," I said shyly.
" What grade are you in?" she asked me.
" I'm a sophmore," I told her.
" Really? So are we!" she said excitedly
The whole rest of lunch, they asked questions and acted like they liked me for some reason that I couldn't figure out.
A Few Weeks Later.................
Drake and Alexis have been going out for a month now and Drake started to really like Alexis. So much, that he asked her to be his girlfriend and she said yes.
ALEXIS'S POV
At lunch when I was looking for a place to sit, I saw Kasey and Tara sitting at a table laughing.
" Hey Alexis! Come sit with us!" Kasey yelled at me when she saw me.
I slowly walked over to their table as Tara scooted over so that I could sit next to her. After we started talking for a few minutes I told her, " I hope that you're not mad at me for going out with Drake."
" Of course not! Me and Drake broke up and their is nothing that I can do about it. If he wants to date you and doesn't want to get back together with me.........oh! Speaking of Drake.........I have some things to tell you about him that you need to know about," she said, whispering the last part.
" Really? What are they?" I asked curious to know what they were.
" Well, did you know that he still sleeps with his mom in her bed at night because he is afraid of the dark?" she asked me.
" What?!" I screamed in shock.
" It's true! That's what he did whenever I spent the night at his house. Also........," she started to whisper again. " He's only foruteen," she continued.
" What are you talking about?" I asked confused.
" He's only a freshman," she continued.
" I don't believe you! He said that he is sixteen and I know that he wouldn't lie to me. I know that he isn't a freshman and that he really is a sophmore. I know that he isn't afraid of the dark and that he doesn't sleep with his mom because he slept in his OWN room, IN THE DARK, whaen I stayed over at his house a few days ago. Why would you say things like that about him?" I asked upset with her telling me lies about him.
" Okay, I'm sorry. Those were just some rumors that I heard about him..........Hey! Why don't you come with us to Chevy's for dinner tonight," she said.
" Well........okay. But no more lying to me about Drake," I told her.
" Okay, I promise, no more lies. We'll pick you up at six tonight," she said as she and Tara walked off to go do something.
KASEY'S POV:
" Damn It! My plan didn't work..........yea right, no more lying. If lying is what I have to do to get Drake back then lying is what I will do!.............................It's time for a new plan," she said after thinking for a minute. " You see, I overheard Drake telling one of his friends that he is going to to Chevy's tonight with his female cousin, who Alexis has never met before. He is planning on taking her by Alexis' house afterwards. With her there at dinner, he won't have to wait until after dinner for the girls to meet. When Alexis sees him with his cousin tonight, she will think that he is cheating on her with another girl and break up with him right there. This time, it will work out perfectly for me. Drake will me mine once again in no time," she said with an evil grin.
