A Friendship untold

Prologue

In the Original Dimension, Dueling is the best communication there is. No one ever admit their true nature unless they challenge the person to a duel. 

That is what Zarc believed , mostly because that he was the champion of the Original Dimension. 

Ray, however, doesn't believe that . She believes that even with dueling, can lead to total disastrous consequences.

"The people shouldn't think that dueling is all about entertainment. It also should show their is a sign of things you should understand." Ray said. 

Zarc was confused of her statement as he walks through the streets of Domino City. 

As he walks he notices someone , a girl , with light blue hair was been bullied by other duelists. 

"You're weak! You don't deserve to be a Duelist!" One of the bullies declared , snatched her deck and the other bullies begins to hurt her very badly.

Outrage of what he has seen, Zarc couldn't stand it. 

Zarc said, "I draw, the Dragon of Hope!" 

The dragon appears and it attacks the bullies head on, as he holds the girl tightly from its powerful attack. 

The bullies got up and said, "Who you think you are!" 

Zarc looks directly at them with determination in his eyes. 

"You have the nerve of hurting a duelist and stealing the owner's deck like that? That is unacceptable, and you call yourself a duelist! 

Now leave, before you get more damage from what that came from!" 

The bullies drops the girl's deck and flee in terror as the girl looks amazed by someone who she just met.

Zarc asks, "Are you ok? I was worried about you." 

The girl said, "Um, thank you , for what you done back there. " 

Zarc rubs his head in pure embarrassment, mostly because this is his first time making a friend.

"I'm Reira." Reira introduces herself as she puts out a hand out in greeting. 

Zarc begins to smile, "It's a pleasure to meet you, Reira. I'm Zarc." 

Reira's eyes widen, "Wait, the Zarc? The Champion?" 

Since then, Reira and Zarc meet everyday, teach each other dueling tactics and basically being friends.

When Reira discovers her family is moving from Domino City, Zarc was the first friend she ever told.

"So, you're leaving? " Zarc asks. Reira nods as Zarc pulls out a card.

"Take this with you. It's a symbol of our friendship we've bonded together. We will meet again, Rei."

She puts it in her deck and grabs her bags.

Not knowing, everything would change.

I wanted to make Zarc a good guy, since in Arc V, I felt like he has a good side , just like from Yugioh character, Marik.
