It's been a while, hasn't it my friends? In this long period of time, I haven't even touched my wattpad and I'm sorry for that.
I don't even look at FNAF stuff anymore, but I can tell so many people really love my work, especially this "fanfiction." So I just have to thank all of you for your feedback and support which kept my attention—because it sends me emails— and giving me just support on this. Your comments really make me work on this, and without your support, this story wouldn't be as far as it is now. I don't even know how long it has been since I've updated this, I thought I would get back to it sooner, but here we are.
Anyway, I'm just going to say that coming back to these is fun, but also a chore. I value consistency a lot so I go back and read everything that I already made, not just the previous chapter, each chapter, to see if I can make a reference, or pull something from a past chapter and bring it to a future chapter. So, that's fun.
I also want to say, I have changed greatly as a person since I last wrote to you guys. I was very innocent the last time I wrote for this, and I'm writing in a more serious tone than I used too, but oh well.
Anyway, I stick by what I said that author notes are most likely extremely annoying, but I just wanted to update everyone.
I also went back and changed grammar mistakes in previous chapters and wow, I'm pretty fucking bad with excess commas dude. I cringe at my past self as well.
I also would like to point out that my past self-had said "Omg sorry it's been 18 days since I updated this!" and I just stared at my computer screen and was like oh how the tables have turned young friend.
Thanks for your support! It really keeps me going here on wattpad because my attention is definitely not focused here and I apologize for that. It's really weird to think people might be invested in my story, something I created. What if I didn't uphold their standards, to YOUR standards? It's a bit freaky thing to think about.
Anyway, enjoy!
You listened as Liam's quiet footsteps grew distant and you waited in darkness in the uncomfortable box. Your body whimpered for you to just lay down, stop being so tense. But with Liam gone, and you in his box alone, made you want to do anything other than not be in it. You sat there, only your hearing serving any purpose at the moment. Your nose was clotted with blood, and your face was covered in the blood as it dried. You sighed to yourself quietly, heart beating fast as you strained your hearing for anything. You waited... and waited.. and waited... Then, a sound crashed through silence, a metal sound. You listened again as it was quite consistent. You realized it was something's footsteps, obviously an animatronic, but which one? It had to be one of the newer ones, the older Freddy Fazbear Crew had cushioned feet for the most part.
It could be the older Foxy, his feet were bare from what you remember, but he was fast as it was. You listened, trying to conjure the scenario in your head of where the animatronic might be by the distant the footsteps were. You weren't that good at doing that though, but then you heard the animatronic footsteps start rushing in the other directions of where it seemed to be going. Was that Foxy? It sounded like it could be, but he only sounds like that when someone is on security duty. Did they already replace you in not even a day, had it already been that long? You were too entranced in your thoughts to realize someone had entered the room.
"Alright, Marionette puppet thing, whatever you are. Shift is about to start," A male voice rang through the room as he walked over to the box, "Don't fuck this up for me, I just want to not do anything today, that'd be nice." You tensed and realized it must be 6 am, people were coming in to do their shifts, that's why Foxy was running back. How did this person not hear Foxy? You decided that wasn't the biggest problem at hand, what if this guy opened the box and saw you in it? What would he do when he saw Liam come into the room? Silence followed your questions as the guy didn't speak.
The man slid the top of the box off, and you squinted from the sudden light. You looked up at him as your eyes adjusted and it was Liam. Your eyes widen and you peaked outside of the box and saw the man, his back turned to Liam. Liam quickly hopped him and put the top of the box on. He looked at you, now wearing his mask. His mask slightly glowed in the dark, just enough for you to be able. You looked at Liam's hands as he held them up, revealing bandages and hydrogen peroxide to help treat your wounds. He tilted his head slightly, which lead you to believe he was smiling.
"Don't you have to do your show thing" You whispered to Liam. He seemed to process and then nodded, shoulders sagging. He set down the bandages and looked you.
"I'm sorry," He replied softly, "I'll do it after this then."
You nodded and leaned on the side of the box a little, knowing that you'd have to find a way to get comfortable, or either find a way to treat yourself. You looked at your own hands and raised them to your eye level. In the dim light, you could see them shaking badly and you set them back in your lap. Liam watched you carefully, seeming to take in every movement you made. You smiled lightly, but it fell quickly. I guess I have to wait now you thought to yourself.
