Receiving one week rest was way great I thank the alpha parents. Ryan and the whole bunch now knows am a royal blood. My relationship with Rave is broken and thrown to the bin after he attempted to mark Jenna and Ryan found him. Let's say it was a goddamn good fight that lasted almost the entire day since no one was able to separate them. I got a little close to my trainers and them to me. Danny, Elsa and I spend quality time too and it was just happy you know. Me being me. My sister became the mate to Blackwood's beta. She is happy. My friends too are happy.
"You know you look pretty when you smile right?" Tamara who is sitting beside me on my bed says smiling. She is used to me and now we are more like sisters than before. I smile back at her.
"Well thankz. Am just happy you know. Things seem to be going okay." I tell her.
"Are you happy though?" She asks looking curiously at me. Of course I am.
"Yeah I am so happy."
"You know you can't lie to me girl. Am older than you. So tell me the truth."
"Why dont I look happy to you?" I asked her confused. Does she think otherwise.
"Yes you are happy honey. But simply because others are happy but not you." Okay that's also true. She continues, "you are happy for your sister she got a loving mate. For your friends and for the fact that your parents get to visit every weekend. Your Danny is happy and so are the parents. You know people around you."she sighs and becomes quiet as if thinking carefully of her next words.
"True but it doesn't mean am not happy right?" I asked playfully to make her stop thinking much.
"Your heart." She says looking at me serious now. "Your breaking inside since Ryan is with Jenna and Rave has tried to hurt you a times. He also chose Jenna over you. I know you are playing all happy around them. You don't have to with me." She say and then a bit of hurt hits me. I have tried to suppress all that so far and she is right.
"Well I can't really force them to love right. You don't expect me to go crying over and over for them do you?"I asked and as if to regret she started it. She changed the subject.
"Forget them. Pure jerks. Well honey have you seen the guy who was saved from the dragons. Girl he is super hot. My age and aww." She starts squealing making me laugh hard. Gosh she has a crush.
"Not yet but may be I'll get to meet this guy making my friend so restless." I say and we both laughed.
I left her in my room and roam around the palace. It is early in the morning and the royal family are assembled at the dining room. I did not feel like sitting around happy people or next to a hurt guy forcing himself to be happy so I went to the small room at the far end of the hall. Never been there before so my curious nature got the best of me.
I pushed the door open to be met by eyes I grew so much to like. My trainers. Oh so this is their dining hall its beautiful since they wanted privacy they asked for a private room. They looked at me and smiled. But Jamiel always gives me the serious face even after our little conversation the night of the attack. He is still my trainer and the tough one so he is not all so friendly yet. And when I say yet I mean yet.
"Look who has decided to join us for breakfast today guys." My favourite, Damien says waking up and pulling a chair for me to sit. I did and smiled at them.
"Hope am not ruining your privacy. Are you okay with your trainee sitting with you?" I asked and they laughed only to receive a hard stare from Jamiel. What the. Did I say something bad?
"Of course not. You are more than just a trainer. You are a friend and a best one at that." Natalie answers while Soo pushes me a cup of tea and some fried eggs. I took it gladly and that's when I realised they have company. I almost choke on my tea when I saw this young guy staring at me questioningly. He is handsome for crying out loud but his eyes attracted me all the same. His eyes is so catchy. Oh I think this is Erick. You know the saved boy Tamara has a crush on. He sure is handsome. Mostly the eyes.
