Tsuna's High Fever Part 1

What's up cracker jacks! Taina here with a new story. I hope you enjoy. So here's the first chapter!

Setting:
Tsuna is seen laying in bed still asleep. Then Reborn is sneaking up behind him with a 100 pound Leon hammer in his hands ready to smash it over Tsuna's head.

Tsuna's POV
I was having a dreamless sleep when my Hyper Intuition (Author: Did I spell it right?) started warning me about Reborn sneaking up behind me with a really big hammer ready to hit me over the head.

Is it time to get up already? I don't feel too good. But if I complain he'll probably kick -me. On instinct I held up my hand and caught the hammer before it hit me.
"Well done Dame-Tsuna. Your HI is getting better."

I don't respond. I stay silent as I slowly get up from bed and put on my brown bunny slippers. I took one step and my legs started to shake. I was shaking all over.

If I had been facing the other way I would have seen the small glint of worry flash across Reborn's face, but I wasn't so I stood up as straight as I could, took a shaky breath, and on shaky legs walked towards the bathroom and locked the door.

I looked in the mirror and looked at my reflection. I looked awful! I had major bed head, my skin was extremely pale with a flash of dark pink on my cheeks, and a dull pair of big brown eyes were staring back at me.

When I was about to unlock the door and leave I felt an awful burning in my throat and ran towards the toilet. I got on my knees and threw up the contents of my stomach. This can't be good. I thought as I threw up again. Once my stomach was empty I tried to stand up but I just fell right back down. My legs were failing me and I was losing consciousness.

Reborn's POV
That was strange. He didn't whine or complain about me trying to wake him up, he just stayed silent. And also when he got up he was all shaky and looked like he was gonna fall. I would never tell anyone but...I was worried.

I watched as he shakily walked to the bathroom and locked the door. I stood in place pondering over Tsuna's behavior when I heard Tsuna grunt and something splashing into the toilet. Then I heard it again. I started to walk over to the bathroom when I heard something in the bathroom fall with a dull thump and there was silence. My worry increased. Nobody knows this but I actually really like Tsuna. And not as a friend but as a lover. I would never tell him. He probably wouldn't accept it so why tell him. (Author: By the way the Arcobaleno curse was already lifted by Tsuna so Reborn is an adult now.) I ran to the door and tried to open it but it was still locked. "Shit!" I said out loud. Frustrated I kicked the door and it fell down. I looked around and saw Tsuna laying face down on the floor. I started to walk toward him and once I was a couple feet away he finally noticed and slowly raised his head and faced me. My obsidian eyes met his his now dull brown eyes. "Are you alright?" I asked with worry lacing every word. He tightly closed his eyes with a pained expression and put his hand on his throat then looked back at me.

My eyes widened as he weakly said "Reborn... It hurts. It really, really... hurts." His eyes became glossy with tears and he closed them again. When he opened them the tears started flowing like small streams down his face. My heart almost broke when he said "Help me...please." in a soft whispered voice as his eyes rolled in the back of his head and he passed out. I walked to him and turned him over on his back and put his head on my lap. Now that I got a good look at him his skin is really pale with a flushed red face and his breathing is shallow. I carried him out of the bathroom bridal style and put him back on the bed. I put my hand on his forehead but quickly recoiled when I felt how hot it was. I went back into the bathroom and got out a thermometer and a small wet cloth with cold water. Then I walked back to Tsuna and placed the cloth on his head as I took his temperature. When I took it out of his mouth my eyes nearly jumped out of my head. He had a high fever with a temperature of 132 degrees! This was bad. Really bad. I called Nana, Tsuna's family, and then called the school to tell them that Tsuna wouldn't be there for a few days. If his temperature rises any higher than this, he could die. I thought mentally panicking at the thought of MY Tuna-Fish dieing when I heard the doorbell ring and Nana answered it. I heard "Juudaime!",(Author: I don't know how to spell it.) "Tsuna!", "SAWADA!","Tsu-kun!", "Tsuna-san!","Bossu!", and "Tsuna-ni!"all at the same time coming from downstairs.
