CHAPTER SEVEN CAUGHT IN THE TICK
Enid's eyes fluttered open, she looked up and saw a bright circle, glowing with vibrancy. Her heart was beating fast, she quickly looked down at her chest, blue and white floral printed hospital gown, she had seen it before. Three girls hunched over her with worried smiles. "She's awake!" Elliauna joyfully shouted.
"Shh, she might have a head ache."
"I'll go get the doctor and tell her that you're awake."
As the girls joined fawn with the doctor, Ennid lay there. She did have a head ache, more like a migraine. She read over in her mind, Elliauna, Fawn, and Terrabeth. She knew someone was missing. Chora. Suddenly a grey haired man tapped her lightly on the shoulder. Ennid slowly turned her head.
"Hello, Ms.Martinez" thr doctor spoke, convincingly kind.
"Where's Chora?" Ennid asked impatiently.
"Well, lets take care of you first Ms"
The man fiddled with a machine next to Ennid.
"My name is doctor Victor"
The tube that was connected to Ennids arm started pumping green liquid into her.
