What happens when you have nothing left?

I awoke to the sound of my alarm.

7:02. Argh. Sunday.

Sometimes I want to murder myself for keeping my alarm on. I rolled over when I hit my head on something hard.

"Ow!" I gasped. Opening my eyes I was left stunned when I found Jay sleeping like a baby next to me. He had always left? What was so different?

I rubbed my eyes and gently tapped him on the shoulder. Out of my surprise he jumped straight up and looked at me.

"Wow dude" I said putting my hands up in surrender.

"Its only me"

He rubbed his head.

"It really hurts" I smirked a little before sitting up.

"You better go bud"

"Oh yeah. I probs should" I shook my head at his using the term 'probs'. Abbreviations annoyed the shit out of me.

"I guess I'll see you around Ellie" he spoke, with one leg out of the window.

"Okay" I replied.

I suddenly became familiar with this feeling I had in my chest.

"Jay" I said, stopping him in his tracks.

"Yeah?"

"What happens when you have nothing left?"

He sighed and came back into the room. We were about 30 cms apart.

"Look Ell, someone special will come along and sweep you off your feet. It may not be anytime soon, but it will happen"

"I just dont want to be alone" I pretty much whispered.

"Your not. You have your family, Hayden and even me"

"But you are leaving me now. I have no one to make me feel happy" I felt tears in my eyes.

"Listen to me, I may not want to have a thing with you anymore, but we can still hang out and all that jazz" I smiled lightly before sending him on his way.

"Thanks Jay, it means a lot. I love you bud. Now get out of here before my mum wakes up"

Hey guys! So this is pretty much my first update on wattpad for yonks!

Please dont give me hate guys! I mean, its okay to give me tips to improve. But pretty pretty please dont give major hate.

Plenty more characters will take place in this book so dont worry!  … I'm sorry this was such a short chapter. I had all these tests, and homework that I had to do -_-
