Kagome's Pov

    I thought Inuyasha was bad, but she's worse than Inuyasha. She uses me as a jewel shard detector and him as a door mat.

   "Umm, Inuyasha?...Can I ask you something?...Nevermind it's not important."

   "I'm already curious so just spit out." He ordered.

    I looked around for Y/n and then spoke. "Why do you let Y/n treat you like that."He sort of just smiled.

    "She's not really what she appears, she's kind and overprotective. She's always wanted what's best for me. As for you she doesn't trust easily especially humans." I could tell by his smile he meant every word.

    "I get it, I'll just have to prove that I'm trustworthy." I smiled inspired.

    "Well it doesnt help that your a clone of Kikiyo." I smiled.

     "Hey guys look a bridge!" Y/n yelled, she seems to be in a good mood.

  We ran up to catch up with her. "I'll go first." I volunteered trying to be trustworthy.

    "Don't worry I'll go first. We don't want the jewel detector escaping." She evilly grinned at me.

   "Why y-" Inuyasha covered my mouth, and I could feel his hand shaking he was scared.

    "Did one of you say something?"She glared.

   "Nope nothing!"Inuyasha answered for me.

Random Pov

  "Okay than!"She smiled back and they nodded in agreement following along.

   As they walked across the bridge, they were suddenly attacked by clay soldiers. The bridge began to fall as it broke and the twins tried to get to Kagome, but couldn't make it. However as Inuyasha fell Y/n held onto the edge of the cliff.

   Her Kimono was caught on a branch. She tried to get up, but couldn't as Kagome was carried away. "KAGOME! STAY STRONG I'LL RESCUE YOU!"Y/n yelled and Kagome smiled and nodded. Maybe it just took losing her to realize that Kagome was important.
