Chapter 1: What no one noticed

It was bright in the morning when i woke up. As usual i wore my school uniform and went down stairs to eat breakfast.

"Your breakfast is ready" said a girl who's standing in the kitchen

"I know, i know" i replied

I sat on a chair in front of a table and ate.

After eating,

"I'm off now" i took my bag and headed to school

On my way, i saw a girl with a bunch of gangsters around her

"I feel bad for her, i guess i'll try to help. I hope i don't get rumors going around again" i thought with concern for the girl and for myself.

Slowly, i walked towards them "hey! Stay away from her!" I tried to threaten them

The girl was relieved to some point because someone decided to finally help her. But she was also scared for i didn't look so strong.

One of the gangsters walked a few steps towards me "oh? And what will you do if we don't" he smiled sarcastically trying to tick me off

"Tsk! Do you really wanna know?" I glared at him

He was so mad, he took out a knife and charged with it straight to my face, i dodged it and held him from the the hood of the jacket he's wearing "w-what the heck?!" The gangster said with a stunned and scared expression.

"Never try me again, got it?" I said, letting go of his hood. The gangster and the others ran away, the girl couldn't do anything but stand there and stare at me

"Are you ok?" I asked her as i looked at her surprised expression

"Y-yeah, thanks for helping me.." She replied

After i took a second look, i noticed that she was wearing the school uniform for my school.

"So we go to the same school huh?" I smiled at her "I'm Satoshi Yoshida, what about you"i asked her, trying to sound nice to erase her memory of how delinquent-like i was just a while ago.

"I'm Yumi Sato, nice to meet you" she smiled back at me.

"Well, do you wanna walk to school together?"

"O-ok" she smiled, though she was still a little confused

We walked to school together

At lunch, she saw me sitting alone on a bench outside

"Why are you sitting alone?" She stood in front of me

"I don't really like staying with people that much" i replied with a calm expression

"I see. Well, can i sit?" She asked me"

"Sure" i replied again

She sat next to me and we started talking for a while, i got to know her more and we became quiet friendly.

Days past and we got used to each other, we even had lunch together everyday.

I just hope everything stayed the same like this.....
