Beep beep, Lexi was always tired when she had to wake up just like any other kid in Minnesota, especially kids at Pumper Middle school. The poor kids had to go to school at 5:30 in the morning. They only get a limit of 5days off per year. And if she is sick for 1 day, she would get 1 week of summer school. Unfortunately, she was one of the "lucky" people who had Miss. Lee, the meanest teacher around. From what she hears, if you talk or raise your hand when she talks, you get an automatic detention. As you can see, no school is harder than Pumper Middle School.
" K'mon Elijah school starts in 5 minutes and I am not being late on the first day and neither are you." Shouted Lexi from the kitchen.
When they both got out of the house and started to walk to school, Hailey approached Lexi and Elijah. "Hey , how was your summer Lex." said Hailey as she was walking towards her friend. "I can't even think about the summer. I am so nervous about being in Miss. Lee's class, Oh and by the way who did you get as a teacher I got Miss.Lee." mumbled Lexi. "Campbell" mentioned Hailey.
The kids arrived at school. "G.L" said Hailey. They have been friends for 7 years and when the wish each other luck they say G.L, it stands for good luck. "Thanks and not that you need it but G.L."
