I'm Ruby, Ruby Stryker. My friends and I live in Eureka Springs, Arkansas; a town flooded with hippies and flower children. We spend most of our days downtown, hiding out in random crevices and caves, playing music, and getting into trouble. My friends and I are the coolest bunch of kids anyone will ever meet. I'll start with myself. As previously stated, I'm Ruby Stryker. I'm 5'10 and and thin. My hair is long, curly, and a golden-honey color; I'll never admit that I'm a blonde. My body is always clad with black or floral clothing; my style variates between hippie and goth, although it depends on the season. Red lips and winged eyeliner is my trade mark, I'm always wearing the combo. I have wide green eyes and long lashes (framed by strong, dark eyebrows which I am very proud of), my lips are plump, and I have my septum pierced, despite my parents' wishes. Now enough about me, onto my friends.
Amelia Greenford, what a gem. She's 5'3, thin, and a man-killer. Her eyes are a hazel green shade, surrounded by pale skin kissed with freckles. Amelia wears whatever she wants to, one time she wore swim-trunks to school. Her hair is a deep red shade, falling just below her shoulders. Her mother is an alcoholic and she is constantly affected by it, but her care-free attitude hides that. She does what she wants, when she wants, and how she wants to. Amelia Greenford; the fearless.
Twiggy Octavia. She's tough, her mother died when she was young and her father is in the Air Force so she was on her own most of the time. Twiggy has round eyes, lined with smudged black liner and long lashes. Her wardrobe consists of oversized sweaters, skinny jeans, and converse. Fighting is her talent, she doesn't take anything from anybody and she lets them know that. Boys are constantly falling at her feet, and she brutally rejects all of them. She's 5'6, thin, and muscular. Her hair is long, straight, and a beautiful caramel color, yet she has a dark blue streak hidden within her locks. Her trademark is her nose piecing and kicking-ass. Twiggy Octavia; the independent.
Lana Westlock, a real charmer. She's of German origin, sweet, and cute. Her hair is naturally bleach blonde, and her eyes are wide, innocent, and bluer than clear summer skies. Lana is the kind of person who is friends with everybody, but still has plenty of enemies. She is very academically advanced, and determined to be a doctor when she gets older. Her parents say that "her friends are jeopardizing her chance to be successful." Yeah, right. Lana is 5'3, thin, and very stylish. Lana Westlock; the brains.
Now we're onto my personal favorite, Ben Wolfmann. Ben is my beloved boyfriend of 2 years, we started dating in the 8th grade and sophomore year, we're still going on strong. Ben is very handsome. I was smitten the first time I ever saw him basically. His hair is a rich dark brown that cascades down his face, complimenting his bone structure very well. His eyes are a beautiful hazel color, but they’re more green. They’re so warm and inviting I could stare into them for hours. They sparkle when he laughs and that’s quite often. His smile is amazing, everything about him is, basically. He’s so tall and broad shouldered, enough to make any girl swoon. He's 6'4, and I jokingly tell him that that's half of the reason why I date him. He's the love of my life. Ben Wolfmann; the babe.
John Yates, someone I can't say much about. That's a lie, John's bursting at the seams with personality. He's Ben's best-friend and Amelia's boyfriend, they've been dating just as long as Ben and I have been. John has a wide, bright smile and a contagious laugh. His hair is short and light brown, and his eyes are blue and mischievous. He's tall, about 6'0, he's more thin and less built than Ben, but it suits him well. He and Ben play in a band, John on guitar and back-up vocals and Ben lead singer and bass. John can make anyone laugh, and he's always the life of the party. John Yates; the clown.
