Nightmares

Yuki POV.

I woke up beside Luca sleeping soundly. I smiled softly at how truly beautiful he is inside and out. My beautiful lover, Luca, told me all of his deepest, darkest secrets that he been holding in all this time. Never having a person too talk to about what he been through. I'm glad I was the first person to hear his confession. I still love him even when he did horrible things in the past.

I touched the necklace that was around my neck that he gave me and smiled more. I then touched his hair while he was still sleeping and snuggled up closer to him.

Luka started to talk and mumble in his sleep and the cave started to rumble and shake slightly. My eyes widened as I started to cling onto Luca. He started to sweat and convulse in his sleep. I was scared and worried about my lover. One of the fairies came over to me panicked and scared.

"What is happening to the cave?! " I asked panicked

"Master Luca is having a nightmare. And since he made this cave with his own powers it's connected to him. Bonded to him emotionally and physically" One of them explained as the cave started to shake more.

"You need to wake him up Yuki. Before the cave collapse and be destroyed. " The other one said nervously. I nodded slowly and started to shake Luca.

"Luca please wake up. I need you to wake up." I said softly as I shake him more. The cave shook more and a rock fell on one of the fairies. I panicked and took the rock off sighing in relief that she was okay.

After a few seconds everything stood still and stopped. Luca finally woke up and looked around dazed and confused.

"Yuki" He breathed out softly as he sat up looking around as if he didn't know where he was. He rubbed his head groaning and I wrapped my arms around his waist laying my head on his shoulder.

"You was having a nightmare Luca. The cave started to shake and everything. I was worried and scared that I didn't know what to do. Then the fairies came over and told me what to do. Luca what was going on in your dream that gotten you all frazzled?" I asked softly as I looked deep into his beautiful purple eyes. Filled with pain, suffering, and something else that I couldn't tell the emotion because it went away in a blink of an eye.

'It was just a nightmare. I'm fine now. I'm sorry for worrying you so much Yuki.'

Luca said softly as he groaned softly rubbing his head more. I frowned and took his hands in mines.

'It was more than just a nightmare Luca. I saw the way your body was convulsing and sweating. Then you was mumbling words that I couldn't even understand. Please tell me what was going on in your nightmare.'

I said worriedly then he pushed me away and stood up looking down at me with emotionless eyes making me gulp in fear. Usually I can feel the emotions of Luca sometimes but this time I felt nothing. Just emptiness.

'It was nothing Yuki. Nothing at all. I'm fine. I'm fine. Just please don't worry about me'

He groaned as he held his head and leaned against the wall feeling dizzy and groaning softly.

'We should leave'

Luca said softly as he started to put his clothes back on.

'Can't we stay longer?'

I asked softly then gasped when he looked at me with those empty eyes of his and I nodded not wanting to upset him again. I also put my clothes on and after we gathered our things we left the beautiful cave and back into the forest. There was a distance between me and Luca and I was getting more worried. That nightmare he had really had him acting very differently and I don't like it. I'm worried about him. Whatever that nightmare was really was serious.
