Chapter 2

Ok I'm still not done with my cs so please bare with me till then enjoy chap 2

Avni was in her room she was looking at the rose that Neil gave her and then the flashes of Neil giving red rose to
Mithali and both hugging and then the flashes of unusual things that Neil started doing

Juhi: what happened

Avni came out of her thoughts when she saw Juhi and Riya

Avni: nothing what would happen to me

Riya: Avni we can tell something is bothering u what is it.

Avni saw the concern Her sister and Friend had and told them the way she is feeling

Juhi: u love Neil ...

Avni: have u lost it me and Neil r best friends

Riya: Juhi is right

Avni: u both have lost it me and Neil r friends I have never thought of him in that way

Juhi sat down next to Avni

Juhi: think about it Avni u and Neil r friends since childhood u never felt anything for Neil but after mithali came Neil slowly started changing according to the things u said to us and now he even gave red rose to her and didnt even let anyone know that he had feelings for mithali not even  u ...but u started to feel all this because somewhere your unknown feelings r slowly coming out because Neil has Made a place for someone else in his life

Riya: exactly and think Neil never kept any secrets from u he always told u everything but he didn't tell u about his feelings for mithali...

Avni: no no it's nothing like that I have no unknown feelings for Neil we r just best friends and will always be I think I'm Just over reacting

Juhi: but...

Avni: no please It just shocked me that Neil loves mithali and didn't tell me but after few days it will all be back to normal...and please don't tell anyone this she said leaving from there

The next day all were in the canteen Avni saw Neil and mithali walking hand in hand...she again felt something and remembered Juhi telling that she loves Neil...Avni shook that of and tried to behave normally

Vidyut: look here come the Newly love birds mithali blushed while Neil just gave a boyish smile...Avni thought Neil would sit next to her but he and mithali sat together which made her look away uncomfortably

Mithali casually looked towards Avni

Mithali: Avni what happened u ok she asked worriedly  ...Neil looked at avni when mithali asked her

Avni: yh all ok she said faking a smile ...she was confused at her own reaction

Neil: yaar Avni where did u disappear yesterday...Avni felt happy that Neil noticed she was not there with them after she had left

Avni: I went home

Neil: u know I didn't realise until mithali mentioned about u...the happiness Avni felt slowly started to  disappear...Riya and Juhi noticed how Avni expression changed and there was another person that was noticing which was mithali herself...Avni composed herself and just smiled slowly.

Vidyut:next week is going to be hectic man too many exams and assignment

Ali: so it will be good after that we will be done with our first year.

Time was going pretty fast everyone in the first year had exams or assignments to prepare

One day Avni was coming back from a store as she wanted to get few items for  herself when she felt someone following her she turned around and didn't find anyone and continued walking but again she felt someone and this time she turned again when she noticed two boys following her she increased her pace and kept turning back to see them walking even faster...slowly she started to run and the guys started to follow her and were nearly near her when she bumped into Neil

Avni: Neil she cried out and hugged him tightly while Neil hugged her back feeling her shiver and he saw the reason of her fear were the two boys who were running after her but as they saw him with her they ran away.

Neil: shhh calm down they have gone look he said rubbing her back ...Avni
Slowly turned her face sideways to see they  had gone while her hands were on Neil shoulder and turned and hugged him again

Avni: thank god u were here otherwise I don't know what would have happened

Neil: oh hello u r my lady don those
Boys should be scared of u...Avni smiled when Neil said my lady don and her happiness went on to a diff level when she felt Neil holding her hand and taking her back home...she was happy but at the same time confused as to y she is reacting like this

Vidyut: what took u so long Avni...we had to send Neil in search for u he said coming out of the kitchen with a apron  on

Avni: sorry there was too many people at the store then while coming back.....she told him what happened and how Neil came on time

Vidyut: thank god neil came on time any ways come all r in the kitchen

Neil and Avni entered the kitchen and saw Ali also in a apron while Riya was busy searching the recipe and Juhi was cutting the vegetable.

Ali: here Avni get to work he said handing her a bowl and potatoe  to cut

Avni: yaar I can't cut properly

Juhi: here do it like this...Avni watched Juhi cut carefully and then tried to cut the potatoe  but it came out in different sizes

Neil started laughing while stirring the dal as he was looking at how Avni was cutting the potato

Avni got angry and threw one small potato at him which Neil catches on time

Neil:. So sad can't cut a potatoe properly  and even tried to throw one at me but missed the chance

Avni: so just because u know how to cook doesn't mean u can laugh at me.. one day I will make better food than u then see how I laugh at u

Neil: that day will never come. Because u would never learn

Avni. U she said getting up to hit him but Vidyut held Avni

Avni: let go Vidyut..I won't spare him

Vidyut: spare him for now and let us cook otherwise we will have to eat burnt food like what U cooked the first time he says and started cracking up with Neil giving each other high five

Avni placed both her hands on her hips glaring at both the boys while Ali Riya and Juhi looked at them shaking their head and got busy with their work

Avni looked at the flour that was on the worktop and threw it at both them.  Neil and Vidyut stopped laughing and looked at avni before they could get to her Avni took both their phone which was on the worktop and threatened to throw it knowing how precious their phone mean to both them

Vidyut: don't even think about it

Avni: no more teasing or getting back for throwing the flour and I will give your phone back deal?

Neil: deal

She left them to continue in that state

Avni came near Neil and smelled the dal he cooked she looked at him and he raised his eyebrows asking her how it is to which she did a thumbs ups

All had a lovely time while having food

The next day Avni came out of her room to see mithali with a suit case
