It was a normal work day for Min Yoongi. Dust some novels, try and flatten some bent paperbacks, the usual. The vintage library he called his workplace was a beautiful little place, put together with wooden planks and brick fireplaces. It was a humble shoppe, but Yoongi loved working there, and he always had wonderful customers that shared his passion for books. At that moment, he had been sitting near the fire, sipping a cup of tea and flipping through an old hardcover, enjoying his subtle afternoon. Outside, there was the soft trickle of rain and chatter, and the gray skies somehow made him feel even more at home. He hadn't had much people to attend to that day, due to the fact that most of the people in the room where "usuals" who could do things themselves.

Yoongi heard a soft ding from the front door, a familiar ring caused by the old bell hung on top of the library's doorway. A young-looking man stumbled in, hair dishevelled from the unfaithful weather and jacket covered in small droplets of the sky's waters. He had somewhat noticeable makeup on his face, but nothing too extravagant to be considered taboo for a male. Yoongi smiled and welcomed the boy in.

"Hello, sir! How may I help you today?" Yoongi said, beaming. He was in a very good mood, so, with no hesitation, he set down his warm mug of tea and went to the stranger's assistance. Once behind the front desk, Yoongi sparked a conversation with the younger.

"I had mainly come here to escape the rain... But I do enjoy reading," The stranger chuckled. He gazed around in awe, eyes capturing the wooden spiral-staircase which seemed to lead to the second floor.

"Any genre you'd like to dive into while you're here, then?" Yoongi questioned, smiling brightly at the stranger.

"Yeah, sure. Do you by any chance have comics? Like, superhero stuff?" The younger man said, almost excitedly. He wiped a strip of rainwater off his coat before looking back at the librarian.

"Of course. Right this way, sir." Yoongi signaled tell stranger to follow him, leading him up the staircase. Before he could reach the second floor, the mysterious, superhero-loving boy tapped his shoulder.

"What's your name?" He asked abruptly, one hand in his white ripped jeans, the other still lingering on Yoongi's shoulder. Yoongi gave him a reassuring smile before stepping back one stair and looking the younger in the eye.

"I'm Yoongi." The blonde librarian said, running his slender fingers through his very own mop of dyed hair.

"And I'm Jeongguk, if you were wondering." The boy answered, giving the older the most legitimate smile anybody could ever give him.

a/n; I had an insane idea, and I had to execute it. I don't think there will be smut in this book, most likely just fluff and perhaps a bit of angst. If my ideas change, I'll let you know. I hope you've enjoyed this book so far, I plan to update more often.
