Kris' POV

"W-What...." Chen stuttered. "How come you know my sister?"

"That doesn't matter. What matters is that I need to see ou--Ha Yeon's daughter."

Chen sighed and rubbed his temple. "Are you sure with that?" I nodded and glared at Chen to scare him. Thankfully it worked. I followed him and I guess this is the floor of her room. I wonder where Ha Yeon is now? Maybe she's still by the beach. By chance, I saw a window before Chen could open the door. I peeked through it.

But she's gone.

"Kris"

I shook away the thoughts and went inside. I saw a girl leaning on the window.

"Leuyi.."

"Uncle Chen~" She sobbed.

Oh god.. My Baby...

"L-Leuyi.. W-Wu Leuyi..." I whispered right enough so that Chen wouldn't hear.

A timid average girl bowed at Chen. "Sir, Leuyi said that she saw her mom with a guy. And.. when I peeked through the window, all I saw was the guy with----him!!" She pointed at me. She got Leuyi's attention.

"Uncle!! Mom waved at me right after the guy hugging mom ran away! She mouthed me that he was my appa!!"

There was a long silence and intense staring.

"K-Kris, you're her appa?"

"Yes! Baby come here!" I cried my heart when Leuyi came near me and cried with me.

"How come?" Chen

The maid left...

"5 years ago.. She approached me telling me that she doesn't love me anymore and telling me that things won't work anymore... But then I found out, she was pregnant.. I got her pregnant! I searched for her for a very long time. But then, I heard that she and our baby died. Ha Yeon broke up with me b-because she thinks that my reputation might fall. But heck that doesn't matter! I really thought both of them d-d-d-died until I went outside and saw a girl which left me too stunned to move. But then I found out, it was Ha Yeon.  She told me that our baby was alive!" I said happily and glanced at Leuyi who is now giggling too.

Chen remained silent. He was holding his tears back. But I was too happy to care. I'm now with my daughter. Separate me with anybody not just with my baby..

"But Kris, How come you saw her when she died three years ago?"

At first, I didn't believe at him. But when it hit me, my face paled. Her hands... It was cold also her body when I hugged her. Her voice, echoed. And she's now light. W-Why didn't I notice that..

"Uncle stop lying!!" Leuyi screamed.

I hushed Leuyi and kept on kissing her face. "Don't be mad at uncle C-Chen..."

How come I didn't notice that? Was it because I was too blind to notice the truth? I remained sitted on the floor while grasping on my hair tightly. Oh shit.. I think I'm going crazy.. No. No please no... Just not Ha Yeon... No...

"She died due to giving birth.."Chen turned his back on us. "But Kris, thank you for loving my sister. Not because she's gone you don't have any priority left.." What Chen said made me think.. Priority?

"Tao and Leuyi." And on cue, he went outside.

"Appa!! Let's go buy ice cream with umma~~" She giggled and hugged me by my neck. I sighed.. Tao.
